They say it's all free, with or without insurance. Then they say insurance is required. Then they tell me my insurance isn't accepptable despite there being no restrictions with my ins. AND it shouldn't matter due to ACA requirements. They are apparently struggling to remain relevant amongst much better competition from companies that dont mislead.

I was very nervous and even thought of not taking my appointment… growing up from a Christian and conservative country i was scared to open up about my sexual health. BUT the Gay Gods have blessed me with the best agent Tricia Smallwood. She made me feel comfortable and not judged.. She is a gem of your company.Only thing though I think she is 10 years younger than me…cheers

All visits are virtual, your lab kit is mailed every three months, and prescriptions delivered timely from a LOCAL pharmacy.

The providers are amazing and the virtual service can fit anyone's lifestyle. Appointments are available early in the morning to the late evening.

Q Care has given me the opportunity to be on Prep free of charge I have received the best communication. Jonathan is my doctor and has given me everything. I have asked since they one. Super attentive the entire team I’ve been with them for almost 2 years now and I will stay with them because they make it that easy and I don’t have to go to the doctors office. I do everything online. They’ll send me a package to do my test and some bloodwork And that’s all. I really recommend this place if you want to stay private

Overall, the process has been good, but taking a long time, longer than I’m used to at least. This was the first time using them since I relocated to a new city & had to change providers for my PREP. It is convenient with the mail order option but a little time consuming. I had my initial appointment on June 29, received my package & instructions on July 3. Due to the holiday I went ahead and did all my samples and mailed it back same day (July 3rd). The mailing instructions have it in a priority USPS package but between the holiday and probably the hurricane it wasn’t delivered until July 11th. I’m not overly concerned or worried as I haven’t done too much lately; in addition, during this time of waiting just for peace of mind, I went ahead and found a clinic and had a rapid HIV test (it was fine). As of July 13th after 10 full days, I still have no results from QCare. While not too worried, it’d be nice to have them a little sooner, but I also understand extenuating circumstances. If I was high risk or really concerned, I probably wouldn’t use QCare honestly - this is like the 80s when they had to wait weeks for results. On the good side, in this meantime I also received my first order of Descovy (sent to me prob due to wait time) so that is good. With my previous provider they’d have full results back in 2-3 days. If high risk or overly concerned, maybe consider a quicker option. But I can’t complain too much, there’s no cost and I have my PREP even while waiting for results.

Wow , just wow , amazing service! I felt safe talking to practitioner Vanessa. She’s so amazing and sweet and patient. She answered all my questions , and provided great communication and steps for everything I needed to know. Just amazing !

Not really sure how I connected with this company but I sure am glad I did! My NP is extremely friendly and caring. Everything is done in a timely manner and every question I ask is answered.

Q Care Plus has been game changing! I returned a few months ago to the country (US) and have been trying to acclimate as quickly as I can. Q Care Plus has provided me with exceptional health services at the tips of my fingers: I’m able to communicate with my medical providers and the Q Care+ customer service on my phone. It has been a wonderful experience! And I have managed to procure everything I needed with the assistance of a wonderful team. I will definitely be continuing my time with them! I highly recommend Q Care Plus to anyone who is interested.
