Easy Process
Pickup was easy and the reservation was easily found when picking up the car. Unfortunately i did not receive the type of car I reserved but was able to work with what was available.

The car rented was very dirty exterior…
The car rented was very dirty exterior looked as if it sat for days on bottom level garage for several days and all windows interior and exterior were very dirty to the point I got window cleaner and towels to clean the windows myself before departing the the pick up garage at the Pensacola airport parking garage. Very disappointed! The vehicle was never cleaned from drop off by previous customer.

Two separate lines and over an hour.
I had to stand in two separate lines, first for the paper work and the second to get the car. The process took well over an hour (not including the ride on the AirTrain). That's longer than our flight from San Diego!
And then the whole getting the car thing was a joke. They were just giving people whatever car drove up next. An electric car, a Jeep SUV, 2 vans! I'd requested a compact. Finally a Toyota Camery drove up and we snatched that up. The car itself had dents and scratches and stains on the seats, we were just happy to get a car and get the hell out of their. I always though AVIS was a better company from back in the day, but it seems their worse than anyone now.
