Avoid this company. Item poor quality and broke quickly. Multiple attempts to resolve sending information and videos and no resolution. Their”30 day money back guarantee” is not real

I purchased one light and then got an email saying that there will be a 12 days delay and they sent me a tracking link that didn’t work. Then I tried to call their customer service but the number doesn’t exist.
The business address on their website also doesn’t exist as in google map is showing a dodgy 2 starts hotel in a residential street.
I email them saying that I was going to get my back involved for fraud and they email me saying they were refund the money back. I’m now waiting to see if that is going to happen.
Update today I’ve received my money back. This mean that the lamp wasn’t even been dispatched yet (or fabricated!) after 11 days of purchasing. I will never even open their website ever again.

Ordered an Angler Fish lamp as a future present for my bro.
I loosely opened the box to see contents, but stupidly didn't assemble or test. Some 3 months later, was exited to give my bro his present and this time assembled the lamp, now realising that this was not mains powered but 12v phone charger powered. No instructions telling you whether it had a rechargeable battery inside. Doesn't appear so. Cabling very thin and exposed, very cheap connector and switch assembly.
Switch on lamp, and lamp flashed a couple of times and then nothing.
I contacted customer services asking for instructions on how it should operate. They emailed me a short vid of how to assemble!
Emailed them asking for exchange or refund, which they declined as said it was outside their 30 day return policy.
I asked if out of good will they would send me a replacement/ exchange. They came back to again apologise, but said 'it wouldn't be fair on others' or words to that effect, if they exchanged after their 30 day return policy. Basically, no guarantee of any sorts. Cheaply made product which clearly isn't tested before sending out.
Buyers beware using this company.
I said I'd leave them a poor review - they didn't appear worried or concerned. Their only offer was to give me a 30% discount on the same lamp...er, No thanks! Scamned once is enough for me.

This should be 0 stars - do not buy from this company! I purchased a light and wanted to return it as the quality was poor. After multiple emails from their customer support (trying to persuade me to keep the light) they did not send me the refund process and just ignored me. They have refused to let me return the light even though it was in the time frame stated on their website. Avoid avoid avoid!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to cancel the order less than 30 mins after I made the purchase. But they ignored me and sent it anyway. 3 weeks later still waiting. Tracking shows order was returned back to them before it even got to me. So instead of cancelling my order as per my original request they sent another one! Clearly items are from China and they have no interest in refunds as they keep trying to delay me getting the item so I can send back. Will contact my bank to get a refund from them and lodge a complaint against the company.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from the company.

My product arrived and it is very poor quality and certainly not worth the £40 I paid for the lamp. The lamp is on a slant and cannot be fixed, I have emailed their customer services team twice but as yet I have not received a response.

Please do not use this company.

i purchased a lamp for my partner for christmas and it arrived not working, they sent another cable to try (after a long wait) and it still didn’t work. after 30 back and forth emails asking for a refund they only offered 30% of my money back as “gesture of goodwill”. i kept sending emails saying how AWFUL the customer service is and finally said they’ve issued a refund- went to check and it’s only half of what i paid (£44). they will ROB you and send you fake items.

FAKE ITEMS - the charge lasts only an hour not the stated 12 hours. DO NOT BUY.

Company are doing everything they can to prevent me from returning or refunding for the purchase.

Avoid avoid. Scam company. Products are either broken and do not work and awful quality. Customer service is non existent, I have been emailing asking for a refund for weeks. Telephone number just constantly rings and no answer or even a voicemail. No stars for this company

The lamp looks good but is of very poor quality and does not justify the high price point. It's a cordless USB lamp, it needs charging every few hours and is made of pretty poor quality materials. It also took ages to arrive.

Still waiting for refund on the cheapest quality lamp….They keep offering me a percentage back but I have to keep replying that I am not happy with the lamp. They appear to have a money back guarantee if a customer is not happy. Perhaps one for ASA….

If I could put no stars I would. Have never written a bad review before but I think people should be aware. This company is a scam company and I am reporting them to Trading Standards as well. The product is shockingly made. I contacted on day i received which was meant to be for a birthday it was over a week late!! First warning bells really. Over a week of emails and pictures asking for a refund I eventually get offered £5 when the product cost me £40. Their webpage states a 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied with no questions asked!! That whole statement is false. Their phone number when you ring is not recognised I was an idiot should have checked trust pilot first but read their reviews instead, these too are probably false, we’ll see if they put my review on there how legitimate they actually are. I am reporting them to Trading Standards as I don’t want anyone else being ripped off and i do hope you all read this and be very aware their products and statements are falsely presented. If I could I would add photos showing what I received comparing what they sent!!
