In January of this year I prepaid Quiana for digital content to cover the entire year. Also in January of 2024 I helped her financially with a personal problem with her guarantee/promise that I would be paid back in 60 days. A contract was signed (for both), emails were sent to me promising payment and as of today, August 10, 2024, nothing!
Our last communication was in May, from her, asking me to stop emailing her. I informed her that I would take her to small claims court and her reply was to go ahead, if that would give me peace. Well, I did, but I don’t feel much peace. She owes me almost 8k. I am in debt for that money for marketing and other reasons that she knows but I’ll respect her enough here and now, not to mention.
Quiana does good work but get the work done and pay after or you will be having to pursue her legally like myself and others are having to do.

We are still trying to get our Money from this company own by Claudia Seaborn, she now has created a new company Qisma IP, LLC and have not paid us for the work that she was suppose to so with Qisma Digital or Qisma Photography, and our trademark and Intellectual Property was suppose to be protected with Qisma Digital LLC, that she has now made Qisma IP, LLC. Kindly refund us our money since you still have not completed our projects. Your excuses are unacceptable, and don't post we are not in your system as we have paid you a substantial amount for this work.
