Absolute disgrace of a Seller

Absolute disgrace of a Seller. Sells items online, but only sends out part of your purchase. Says the remainder will be sent out in a few days. 1 month later No sign of the remaining item. This was a bundle with the remaining part being an expensive item. The seller stopped communicating. That is theft. I will be taking further action. Just because you no longer communicate does not mean l will go away.

The one jam we've had a chance to try

The one jam we've had a chance to try, the raspberry was extremely nice. The low score is due to the fact that it took from the 26th to the late afternoon on the 5th for delivery .
Edit: at company's request. Fair enough that the slow shipping is somewhat beyond the scope or control of QJJ. The products are very yum and I would definitely order again but allow extra time for shipping.

The courier company really deserves the low score. We would really like your order sooner but it has some distance to travel and we do heavily subsidise the shipping cost. We do all we can.
