I placed an order on March 12, 2026 (Order #14000) from this website, and after almost two weeks, I have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking number.

I also contacted customer support but received no response at all, which is very concerning.

The payment was processed immediately, but there is no clear information about the status of my order. This lack of communication makes the store seem unreliable.

At this point, I cannot recommend buying from this site unless they improve their customer service and provide proper order updates.

I will consider opening a dispute if I don’t receive a response soon.

I bought an earphone from this website. I bought it on 2025.12.09. But I still haven't received it. My order is #13969. This is a very bad thing for me.

I recently bought a new pair of headphones, and I absolutely love them! The sound is amazing, the noise cancellation is really effective, and they're super comfy to wear. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

I already made a review that got taken down but since this company insists on me reviewing their product I’ll tell you it’s a piece of trash. After 2 weeks of owning a pair of these, the right one got hot while I was using it to the point it was hot to the touch. I put it back in the case after that happened and checked on it about 5 minutes later to find that what I can only guess is lithium from the battery inside the earbud inside of the case around the charging pins and on the right earbud around the little places the charging pins connect. Aa I was lucky enough to get it out of my ear before any serious damage was done I wouldn’t recommend gambling with your sense of hearing with these earbuds.

I'm not really a professional audiophile, just a novice in the world. But these IEMs were my first pair of headphones, and the experience has been extremely rewarding. Surely if you are an audiophile you will consider them bad, but for a beginner they are excellent. They have a fairly full sound, covering very comfortable bass, clear mids and metallic, but comfortable, treble. Ultimately, buy these IEMs to start with; you'll likely find many frequencies you didn't hear in your conventional headphones. Overall, I'll give them two ratings, as general HiFi IEMs, a 6.8/10, because they cover more frequencies than you'd expect. And as budget IEMs go, they're a 9/10. For the price you pay, they offer far superior quality, even compared to mainstream brand headphones. That's all, I hope you enjoy these budget IEMs as much as I do.

Bought earphones 9 days ago, Site showed ships within 2-7 days, been 9 days nothing changed other then saying partially shipped?? I bought one pair of earphones yet cant get anyone to talk to me. What a way to serve your customers.
