I would stay away from this company

I would stay away from this company. We are a national executive search firm. We signed a 12 month agreement to use this software last year. In the first 60days, we could clearly see it didn't live up to the promises. For 6 more months, we paid them while trying to work on new things they were releasing because they wouldn't cancel the contract. They finally agreed to cancel in the contract in May of 2026. In June, they confirmed by email we wouldn't be charged anymore. It is now September, and I still get invoices every month and they have charged my credit card. I have written 6 more times since then, and can't get a reply.
