We moved into our new home a few months ago, with a baby and toddler, so life is busy.
We decided to install a Qmpress Instaboil 4-in-1 tap and it has been one of the best additions to the house. It has transformed the way we use our kitchen. Having instant boiling water on demand is so convenient, especially with a baby, and the filtered cold water is an added bonus. The tap itself is safe, easy to use and has a premium finish. Plus it’s more economical than boiling a kettle every time.

Their customer service has also been brilliant whenever we’ve had a question. It’s reassuring to know there’s a knowledgeable Irish team behind the product who are always happy to help.

As for the tap itself, we live in a hard water area. This tap, filter combination has made our drinking water alot better. Hot water on tap is great. Decent amount with quick reheat time.

I purchased the 4-in-1 boiling tap from Micheál and his team at Qmpress six months ago when I was installing my new kitchen. With the cost of replacing my kitchen I did wonder if this was a little indulgent. Absolutely not! I love the convenience, no more kettles, boiling water (and the tea really does taste the very same!) and filtered water at the ready. Customer service was second to none, Micheál answered all my questions with patience! When the plumber had an issue with the installation I called Micheál and he was more than happy to help and the issue was resolved quickly. A wonderful Irish owned Company, if you are thinking about it, just do it, I'm pretty sure like me you will be so happy you did. Thank you Micheál and Team

We bought the Qmpress 4-in-1 Instaboil tap in gold in 2024 and we're genuinely impressed. The quality is fantastic, and the instant boiling feature is so convenient. We couldn't imagine going back to a kettle now. Not to mention the filtered cold water saving on buying bottled water and having to return the empties. We had a small issue recently but the customer service sorted it quickly and the issue was resolved the next day. Big thanks to Rafa who installed the tap and carried out the repair. His work is exceptional and very professional to deal with. Overall, a great product with great support. Highly recommended!!

Not only has this product been a game changer in the kitchen, having constant boiling water for cooking and tea, what has to be commended is the level of customer service that you receive. It has been a very long time since I have encountered anything that comes close to the quick RESPONSE & RESOLUTION on any questions or queries we have encountered since owning. They are exceptionally knowledgeable of all elements of the product and will help you. The website also provide a host of FAQ and helpful videos. You can see now why the shops that stock it are happy to help sell the product. Would for sure recommend!

Absolutely delighted . 100% brilliant product & service

Quick shipping and easy to set up. CO2 cartridges are easy to source. The detachable bottle with cap is a bonus for hitting the road fast after charging the water. No more dragging 500ml and 2l bottles around in the shopping trolley. Really delighted - bought on a whim but major addition to kitchen.

Five star service from Micheál and Qmpress. He is the upmost professional and his knowledge and expertise won't be found elsewhere. He is so helpful and the company very efficient in sending out my product just in time for Christmas. I wouldnt purchase taps or accessories from anyone else. I highly recommend this company.
