Quality Mechanical Services

Quality Mechanical Services, Kenton, OH were called after a different company was unable to resolve the issue after 6 service calls and many parts being ordered and replaced. Each time they left claiming it was fixed. Nick came to check out my furnace that was installed with the new build on November 20, 2020. It took him a couple service calls, but he was determined (and succeeded) to find the problem and get it fixed. He instantly replied to any texts I sent if an issue arose and also appeared at my door in short order. He did a fantastic job locating and correcting an unusual issue. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and especially Nick if you are in need of qualified furnace/heat pump repair. I am grateful he was sent my way.
