Quick and easy - quality of care is great.

Quick and easy. I felt the doctor listened and understood my issue. It is a great option when you need a prescription or medical certification and your doctor doesn't have an available appointment for weeks.

The dr called and gave me a script

The dr called and gave me a script. Went to the chemist that afternoon and they said the script was missing numbers and couldn't be processed. Chemist contacted Qoctor and they said they will be in touch with the Dr directly to resolve. Waited at the shops for an hour before deciding to go home then receiving an email from Qoctor that afternoon saying sorry they can't do the script. Big waste of time and money. Had to go the Dr this morning and got it straight away.

I pay to get a talk to someone for 3minutes for one piece of paper when I can get bulk billed

Repeat referral

I made an appointment to get a repeat referral. It cost less than seeing my GP, and I had paid extra for an appointment within 15 minutes. Doctor was efficient.

Great

Great, very efficient - would be 5* but prescription had only 1 renewal which is a hassle (not a problematic type of prescription at all.) Normally would have about 4 renewals or so?

Very dissatisfied with the service

Very dissatisfied with the service. I received a message stating that the appointment would be within 15 minutes and to open my phone. Click on the link and leave the page open while waiting for the call from the doctor. Unfortunately I waited for an hour before the doctor called which made it hard to walk away from my phone or use my phone for anything else. The doctor was not very helpful in prescribing the medication I requested and when I challenged why he wouldn’t give me the one that I had used before he stated that I would have to see a face-to-face GP and enter the conversation.
