Dr Filip was great

Dr Filip was great very friendly and easy to talk to. The checking out process needs improvement as it didn't give me an option to choose a time slot and I had to contact customer service via chat as there is no way to contact them through phone.

There’s a little around in the time slot you are booked in for but that would be the same at a clinic. It was pretty seamless.

Website implies they offer dermatology…

Website implies they offer dermatology services, this is incorrect. Misleading, as I learned after contacting customer service.
They said they are working on making the website accurately reflect the services offered….
Quite sloppy for a medical service in my opinion.

The doctor was quite abrupt

The doctor was quite abrupt. Did not to give me time to explain everything and was unwilling to give me more than two days off on my medical certificate dispite my face being severely swollen from a wasp bite.
