I had to refund the clogs after getting…
I had to refund the clogs after getting the wrong size for my boyfriend, and I needed to get it ASAP if possible for his birthday! Qomfort asked to donate the wrong sized shoes to make the exchange quick and hassle free, and that’s all I had to do for the exchange. Incredible brand, shoe quality is amazing and comfortable, don’t hesitate to buy!

The customer service is amazing
The customer service is amazing. I ordered a size too big and they reached out in a matter of a few hours with a solution.
I love their donation program, which was my option opposed to shipping them back. I donated them to my local charity shop, I sent CS proof, and got the replacement order confirmation in the same day. Now someone else will be able to enjoy those sandals this summer!
From what I could tell, the material of the Summer EVA Sandals is really soft but sturdy. I look forward to trying the cork sandals soon!

My husband and I ordered the Qomfort clogs and we love them. My husband's clogs were one size too small and the service is amazing. I really love the donation/charity program where you donated the clogs that were too small and they send the right size free of charge. I love it! Especially because it's a way of helping people in need by giving something to them. The clogs are great quality for a fare price. So I will definitely recommend 10/10!

Beautiful clogs of great quality. My initial order didn’t fit so I contacted them and they exchanged them free of charge once I had donated the original pair to a local charity shop. I love their donation scheme and am seriously impressed with their customer service. They were super quick to reply and were very friendly and helpful. A very different experience compared to other companies I’ve bought from on Facebook! Really recommend.

I wished i had found the reddit thread (they don't allow me to put the link here) prior to ordering.
I bought 2 pairs, and it is SO SO disappointing. It is definitely not as marketed. There is no comfort at all despite they are heavily marketed on comfort and called' qomfort'. The soles are thin with no support and cushion as they claimed. They brand themselves as australia company but soles labelled made in china that they are not transparent about. I tried wearing it the entire day and i had blisters and abrasion. I did not even walked a lot, we drove around from 1 destination to next. It is definitely not worth the price of it being $60 a pair with their fake discounts. I will never order it again not recommend it to another soul. There are better options with lower price.

The shoes I ordered were too big so it was a wonderful surprise when they told me to take them to a charity store (photo proof ) and donate them then they sent me a a replacement pair in smaller size for no extra charges or they offer a full refund, such a great scheme for everyone .. the shoes were great quality

Good quality shoes at a good price. Customer service has been amazing as I ordered a size to big. The company has a great initiative for exchanges to support donations rather than sending the incorrect size back. Qomfort does what is promises. I was skeptical at first but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the clogs. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and so I tried to exchange them. Living in The Netherlands we expect good quality service and that is exactly what I got. No fuss over the return. Just donate the clogs to charity and we'll send you a new pair free of charge.
