Misleading advertising hinting they are…
Misleading advertising hinting they are the same as Birks but cheaper. They are nothing like Birks. They are made in China, have no arch support, and are supposedly so comfortable because there is some padding in the sole. Nothing special about them, you can get the same quality from Temu or SHEIn, which means they are very overpriced.

As for arch support, comfort and fit can be very subjective. Many of our customers specifically choose Qomfort because they find them supportive and comfortable for everyday wear, but we understand that not every shoe will suit every foot type or personal preference.

Yucky synthetic liner inside the clogs = sweatfest 😩😬🤮
Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this brand. I was hoping to replace my established brand clogs which have lasted many years and been a comfortable, satisfying purchase. The inside of the Qomfort clogs is synthetic, which makes your feet sweaty. So they don’t feel nice on. Couldn’t wait to get home and take them off. I don’t imagine they are going to wear well or smell nice and I’d rather keep wearing my old, daggy, half dog-eaten Birkos. It’s often not worth trying to cut costs. Just go with the trusted brand.

A really great experience
A really great experience with this company.
I ordered two pairs of suede clogs, and after checkout was offered a pair of EVA slides at a good price, which I decided to add to my order.
The clogs were absolutely perfect, unfortunately the slides were a tad too small for comfort.
I emailed to ask if I could exchange for a size larger, and this was very quickly sorted out. I was asked to donate the current pair to a charity of my choice, and send proof. The replacement pair are already on the way.
My local hospice shop was delighted to receive the smaller pair, and this is a brilliant way to deal with returns, everyone wins.
I won’t hesitate to order from Qomfort again.

I had to refund the clogs after getting the wrong size for my boyfriend, and I needed to get it ASAP if possible for his birthday! Qomfort asked to donate the wrong sized shoes to make the exchange quick and hassle free, and that’s all I had to do for the exchange. The customer service is amazing
The customer service is amazing. I ordered a size too big and they reached out in a matter of a few hours with a solution.
I love their donation program, which was my option opposed to shipping them back. I donated them to my local charity shop, I sent CS proof, and got the replacement order confirmation in the same day. Now someone else will be able to enjoy those sandals this summer!
From what I could tell, the material of the Summer EVA Sandals is really soft but sturdy. I look forward to trying the cork sandals soon!

My husband and I ordered the Qomfort clogs and we love them. My husband's clogs were one size too small and the service is amazing. I really love the donation/charity program where you donated the clogs that were too small and they send the right size free of charge. I love it! Beautiful clogs of great quality. My initial order didn’t fit so I contacted them and they exchanged them free of charge once I had donated the original pair to a local charity shop. I love their donation scheme and am seriously impressed with their customer service. They were super quick to reply and were very friendly and helpful.
