I learned about this company via Instagram add
I made an order and as I wanted to review the order via the email confirmation, the website was unavailable
I went to Trust pilot and read all of these negative feedbacks, which scared me a lot and I have applied for a refund.
I was surprised to see that the reply had followed after few hours on a weekend.
At the end, I received a refund very quickly. I guess the customer service has improved a lot!
As of quality, someone else I know got these, and it looks very decent

Awful! This company is misleading. Didn't get a refund.

The tights I got were nothing like the image so they said I could return them for a refund. I posted them to them and they never gave me the money back!

Avoid buying from them! Placed an order in October last year, up until now I haven’t got any order after several emails, or my money back. They’re a BiG lie!

My sister purchased two pairs of qottonwear tights for christmas. On the website it compares their brand of tights (pictured as looking luxurious and warm with high quality fleece lining) with the “amazon brand” (looking much lower quality.
On receipt of the tights, the inside looked exactly as the picture of the “amazon brand”. Looking further at the website, they are filled with poor reviews of individuals experiencing the same thing.
Anyway, their return policy is within 30 days if you aren’t satisfied. I have been emailing for 3 weeks now and keep getting the same response “we will get this rectified within 24h”.
Would 100% not recommend, regret not looking into them more before asking for them as a present

They are scammers!!! Save your money and time. I had the worst experience with the leggings and the customer service (nicole) that just copy pastes automatic messages without actually reading, or trying to solve the matter. Must be a robot. I tried returning my leggings and get a refund but theyve just been avoiding and postponing with a proper answer . If anyone wants to join iam willing to start a lawsuit for all the hassle, no action to return my refund and frustration that they put me through.

Impossible to ask for a refund, customer care service doesn’t exist.
I bought 2 pair of sheers, they are produced in china, the size suggested on the website was absolutely wrong, the were not elastic enough even to reach my butt, pour quality, very fake color, not comparable with the one shown on the advertisement. Plus now I have sent already 2 emails to the customer care, even the refund request on their website and NO REACTION, they keep not replying! DONT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!

Ordered two pairs of lined tights. I was expecting, from the images, a fluffy interior however I received tights which were not fluffy, no thicker than any other pair of tights and a large receipt for them.
I have messaged customer service twice, to no avail. I will be trying to get a refund through PayPal but it is disgraceful that this website is even allowed to be up and running. It is false advertisement.

ITS A SCAM DONT BUY. THEY SAY THEY WILL ACCEPT RETURNS WITH 14 DAYS AND THEN REFUSE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OF MISSOLD AND MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS EVEN IF UNOPENDED CONTRARY TO THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY. THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS

Leggings are falsely advertised
The ad shows beautiful, fur-lined leggings. What you get does not have fur inside at all. It's cheaply made stockings and the fit is terrible.

SCAM! Ordered 2 tights beginning of November, after more than 3 weeks they finally arrived. It was some package from China with low quality tights in it without any fur. Nothing as described on the website... Wrote an email now but not expecting any reply. Hope everyone here will get their money back!

I wish I checked Trustpilot first before buying, this brand keeps popping up on instagram ads and I need new pair of tights, so I gave a try (eventhough the website is so suspicious as they only sell 3 type of products). No order confirmation email received after I made a payment and after 5 days, I checked my inbox in case it went to spam, but nothing really and didn't get any email on delivery information. Then I just realised it's a scam website after checking online. Thankfully I can get a refund from the card that I used to make payment after reporting this transaction as a scam. Do not get tricked by their consistent ads and fake product review!!

Who gave them two stars here? I wished I had looked them up before buying. Ordered early November and like many if not all have said here, took more than two weeks to arrive and it was nothing like what was advertised. Paid easily ten times more for cheap tights, which on first time wear, ended up damaged. I seriously want my money back, I’ve sent several emails which of course, were ignored. Absolutely disgusted.

The Qotton Sherpa Tights site and advertising is a total scam. As per the previous review, I am so annoyed at myself for not checking on Trust Pilot before I ordered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE OR SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS.

Scam. Wish I read Trustpilot before buying anything… no fur lining and arrived it after 2 weeks. I feel so ashamed. At least I have a product in my hand… but still! Avoid it!

SCAM / FRAUD

I finally received my order a 3 weeks later, cheap product in smelly plastic bag from china!!!! no fur inside leggings..... and no returns for EU! Just stay away from them.

Wish I’d looked at trustpilot before I bought these. Completely not as advertised. Cheaper ones on Amazon are better quality. They came with lines down the front and were lined with cheap pilled fleece not fur. I got the large size as I’m tall but are not longer at all only wider but in a way that makes no sense at all.

Worst purchase ever! I usually check online reviews and I didn’t this time. This is a total scam. They need to be sued! Stay away!
