I am unbelievably disappointed with this company. I thought I was getting a QR code that I would pay for and own. Little did I know I had been paying $80/month for an automatically renewed service without my consent.

They made me pay $1 for the code and I thought it was just active. They didn’t send any receipts to the email. I had NO idea that they had been charging me from when I first got the code in November until now

I paid $80/month which was $400 dollars for a service that I thought was free.

The biggest scam is that when you want cancel suddenly the plan I was paying $49.00 American becomes $14.95 a month.

Biggest and most disappointing scam I have ever been a part of. I had to throw out 500 business cards and then had to order new ones with the actual free QR code I got from Vista Print.

I am waiting to hear back about a refund, but I do not recommend this company.

This service is shady and underhanded. I created QR codes thinking it was free or low-commitment, only to have them deactivated after a 10-day trial I wasn't clearly warned about. To reactivate, they demand an annual plan of $239.40 or $49.95 monthly—no middle ground.

Pure bait-and-switch tactics: no obvious trial notices or costs during signup or code creation. Printed materials now worthless unless I pay up. Others report the same—avoid this company entirely!

Qr code deactivates in a week with no prior notification and they ask you to pay... it happened to me when i already used it in my prints

Reputable companies will refund unwanted subscriptions and provide clear methods to unsubscribe that don't require contacting support. It's probably best to find another provider and save yourself the trouble. If there are ever any disputes you'll have to waste a lot of time to get your money back.

Their actual service/product is fine, their customer service and character is poor. They utilize numerous dark user interface patterns around their subscription service: no subscription notifications, invoice notifications, or warnings, and no clear unsubscribe button on their website. They refuse to give refunds under any circumstances, even in the event of clearly unwanted automatic renewals.

Had a QR code for a client for a fund raiser for a school. They printed the QR code on postcards and placed on each table of the guests to scan and donate. On the day of the fund raiser the QR codes got deactivated with a notice saying you need to pay up ridiculous monthly prices. They said nothing about the QR codes will be deactivated after a certain about of time when you first sign up. My opinion, this is a very underhanded scam by some shady business. Stay away from these vultures like the plaque.

Seems like a scan. They don't say anything about having to pay when you create a QR code, then they disable it after a week if you don't sign up for a subscription. They wait long enough for you to start using the QR code and get it printed up, then pull the rug from under you, forcing you to pay or throw away whatever you've made with the QR code

This is a scam, criminal organization. I suspect that the positive reviews here are fake. They charged $1.95 for a QR code, then proceeded to charge my acct $50 for a subscription fee. When I contacted them, they offered increasingly cheaper options, down to $8.00 for lifetime. That's not a reputable company. Even though we emailed back and forth with rosy assurances, I never got the money back. They are criminals.

QR code doesn’t work on iPhone/Safari. Tried to talk to their customer service about it and they said it works and that was it. Send a screen shot of the error message I I was receiving. Blew the project deadline, asked for a refund. No answer, shady company.

This app creates QR codes for about everything. It's the tool I've truly been missing over the last few years. Love the customization options. Would love for the WiFi codes to allow for networks requiring a user name.

After several weeks of usage, I can say QR-Code.ai is a super handy and helpful app that I can use everyday. Apart from the basic QR generation of a static link, it has a wide range of QR-related features, from creating a dynamic URL QR, SMS QR, Whatsapp, Event QR, Wifi QR, Paypal QR, Crypto (WOW) and VCard QR. I can set color that match my brand, and adjust the size of the QR code as I want.

And that's not all, pixels is a truly powerful feature, and API access is the real deal. And all of these features are packed in a very easy-to-use and clean UI that allows me to access the features easily anytime.

All in all, I can just say that I am amazed with the value brought by QR-Code.ai.

QR Codes are back!!! I love this product and this tool is the best one I've found after trying about 20.

Easy to use, quick to create qr codes, nice UX in the dashboard and everything is so simple.

These days every one needs a QR code maker and QR-Code is the way to go. I was making QR codes in under 5 minutes. Great investment.
