We print, embroider, and source custom apparel, drinkware, bags, hats, and event swag, covering everything from a 50-piece company hoodie run to a 5,000-unit branded mailer drop. Every order goes through a mockup before it hits production. Our in-house designer cleans up your logo, places it on the actual product, and emails you a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. What we hear most from customers is that the surprises happen on the good side. We confirm artwork the same day we receive it, give you a single human contact instead of a ticketing carousel, and ship from US fulfillment partners with realistic dates we actually hit. We work with startups doing their first conference giveaway, marketing teams refreshing employee onboarding kits, retail brands packaging influencer mailers, and HR teams putting together holiday gifts. Minimum orders start at 25–100 units depending on the product, and pricing tiers down at higher volumes. All pricing is published on the site, so you don't have to email asking "what's your price for X?". If you have a tight deadline, weird specs, or a product you saw somewhere else and want quoted, message us. We respond.

Great gift idea…

My sequin heart t-shirt came earlier than expected and not only was the quality amazing but the photo came out perfect. The size is also what I expected. Customer service was also quick to respond when I advised the discount code was not applied to my order. Great overall experience. I would highly recommend. Very unique gift. Will order again!!

Qstomize has excellent customer…

Qstomize has excellent customer service. They have nice items at affordable prices. I ordered AirPod cases. Two looked great, but one had the font too big on the name that was on top and it wasn’t centered. I emailed regarding this issue and was assisted right away in sending out a new corrected case. It arrived and my spouse loved it.

Amazing customer service

I was less than pleasant with them because of what I was going through personally but they were 100% professional the entire time! They made sure my order was here, on time, and looks amazing. I will definitely be using them again!

WARNING

WARNING! SCAM
I ordered a phone case with printed text on it, but when the case arrived, before I even had the time to use it, the printed text started falling off. Despite multiple emails to the "24/7/365 customer support" I have not got a single answer back. Furthermore, even though the website says that the store is located in the U.S. I had to pay an additional import tax from China along with the already steep shipping price.
BAD QUALITY, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS.
DO NOT BUY

The reply has nothing to do with my issue and is false. I never got a response and the following was the email I sent:

"Hello, I received my product recently and opened the package today but there is an issue with the quality of the product. Even though I so far have not used the phone case at all, the text on it is already falling off. Most of the letters now have black spots on them, still after not even having used the case. This is unacceptable and I demand a refund. "

Hi Axel, you requested a full 100% refund and also to keep the product that did not have a defect. We asked you to send a picture and you refused.

You are welcome to return the item for a 100% refund, per our refund policy listed several times throughout the store

Unfortunately we do not allow customers to keep items and then demand to keep the items as well.

You may return the item within 30 days for a full refund per our policy.

Edit: We are not sure why you are complaining about the shipping price when the shipping price is displayed before you purchase. If the shipping price was too high, why did you go ahead and pay?

We are also not liable to pay a customers customs or taxes paid when sending to European countries as we write in FAQ and shipping policy. We are not sure of any online stores that pay taxes for their customers.

Again, you are more than welcome to return the item for 100% refund within 30 days of purchase. No other custom products store has such a generous return policy. If you decide to keep the item then we cannot refund you.

Fixed my issue right away

I accidentally ordered the wrong size case (I have a 12 pro and ordered for a 12 mini), and the people at qstomize were so nice and awesome about sending me the correct size case with no hassles. Can’t wait for it to get here

Would not recommend

Would not recommend. I ordered the package back in Feb before the 6th. Tracking shows it is being sent back to them for an unknown reason, never made it into Australia. Tried to email them over 5 times for a resend or refund. No contact back

Very impressed!

My first order was their yoga mat. I used one of my art images and I couldn’t be happier! The image was crisp and clear and the colors vibrant. The mat is of good quality and came with a strap to keep it rolled. Will definitely be ordering again! This one I’m selling in my gallery!!!
