Great customer service
Outstanding product at a great price and delivered in 2 days!
I had a few questions to ask before buying my California set which they answered very quickly. The set arrived quickly and fits perfectly in my 3 Rail Ocean.

Broken promises
Mats were incorrect so, on a promise of a better quality set, I sent paper patterns of the correct shape and size.
The mats came back correctly shaped, but the quality was inferior to the incorrect set. Despite my having an email proving a superior quality had been promised, this was not honoured.
They did, however say, on copy of postal receipt, my postage would be refunded for the patterns I had sent. Weeks later, I am still waiting.
I cannot, in all honesty, recommend dealing with Qtmdirect2u. They are not honourable.

They had a different model to what was bought. Original order had an upgraded carpet due to us running out of that certain grade. Replacement however came in the original grade so was less quality. Refunds were given but they wrote this before everything was cleared up.

I have now ordered 2 sets of car mats for both mine and my dads cars and they have been excellent quality, tailored exactly for my car and have been the cheapest around!!
