I have been using Quadranet’s software for 4 years now. The system is so user-friendly and convenient even for beginners . It’s quick, simple and it has got everything that a restaurant-bar needs to take orders and generally service the customers. Also , the technical support of the company is awesome ! They respond immediately and help with any problem you may have (which is rare). They’re always kind , patient and supportive. I strongly recommend to any hospitality business to choose Quadranet for their orders system .

We have been using their software for years and it has never failed us. The support is amazing and at the odd event that there was something wrong they were always there to guide us through with a good attitude.

Their software is easy to use, no gibberish, and very well organised plus the guys at the help center are great!

Quadrant pos system is one of the best l've ever used. Simple, super efficient and very easy to navigate. The Customer service is brilliant, always on hand and extremely helpful.

Quadranet has been a game changer for our restaurant. The POS system is fast, reliable, and easy for our team to use. It covers everything you may possibly need from a good POS system and is easy to integrate with many largely used payment and booking systems.

Their customer support is top-notch, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. We’ve seen real improvements in our day-to-day operations since making the switch. Highly recommend!

Very poor system for the hospitality industry, not user friendly at all and tied into a 3 year contract.

Fast quality support, easy to use software with varieties of helpful reports and other tools.

I have signed up for Quadranets gift voucher system, this has given me a huge boost to my online sales. The only downside and why this didn't make the 5 star cut is because i initially got through to an agent that by the sounds of it hasn't been exposed to the voucher system, other than that the service and support has been wonderful during the set up process.

An absolute pleasure to deal with, they always get the job done.
