Awful experience

Bought a Quadzilla R100 for my daughter.
When it turned up, there were several defects including brakes that didn't work and incorrectly set up carb.
The guy at Quadzilla wasn't bothered.
Started court proceedings against the supplier and they're going into liquidation so it's looking like I've spent £1,729.00 on an unusable pile of ....

We will investigate this as a matter of urgency, and if that dealer has gone into liquidation, then we may be able to help fix the vehicle at another dealership. We at Quadzilla Ltd are the distributor, and it sounds like the dealer hasn't PDI'd the vehicle properly. Please email us ASAP so that we can fix this issue.

Think twice about buying from them

I have brought both a Quadzilla quad and a Storm bike and both don’t work and have never worked properly from new.
I have tried to resolve things with the dealer and spoken to Quadzilla yet no one cares or will deal with this issues. They are under warranty yet I cannot get any reply.
They now just ignore my emails and don’t respond even thou they are under warranty.
I will have to report them to trading standards and take legal action as I am left with no choice.

Hi Gareth, firstly thank you for your review. Here at Quadzilla we do not sell any vehicle called a "Storm Bike". This may have been another manufacturer.

Regarding the ATV, we apologize that you had some difficulties with the dealer. As the distributor, the dealer is the first point of contact with any issues, and the ATV should have been working before you purchased the vehicle.

If the vehicle was under warranty, then it is the dealer's responsibility to rectify the issue and claim the costs from Quadzilla under warranty.

It sounds like you had some issues with the dealer, and we can only apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Given that you have taken the time to write 12 bad reviews, suggests that you may have had a bad experience previously. The company has been under new management for the last year, and can only apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Failings in basic knowledge and customer support

Customer service point you towards the independent product dealers. The dealer in my area are not knowledgeable about the products and do not explain properly the extras required for the vehicles to be used. Starting to see why I should have bought a Polaris or Can-Am again.

Hi Eddy. We at Quadzilla Ltd are the distributors of the product, and do not deal directly with the customer, this is the job of the dealer that supplied the vehicle.

However, we do appreciate the feedback regarding our dealer network, and should be informed when a dealer is not up to standard.

Polaris and Can-Am, similarly would require the dealer to be the first point of contact with any queries. Despite of this, we do hope the issue got resolved, and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
