Very happy with Quaint cleaning. I’ve worked with them for 2 years now and they have been nothing but supportive. Always put my needs first as their employee and always gone above and beyond.

I was offered what was described by Beki via Facebook Messenger in January 2025 as a permanent position.
During my time working there, myself & other cleaner consistently had to chase MY weekly wages. On some occasions payments were made late in the evening, sometimes after 9pm. In one instance, my pay was missed entirely and was not identified by management until I raised it a week later.

There was also a lack of basic equipment needed to carry out the job properly. For example, there was no mop available to clean Rains for over 4 weeks. Myself & the other cleaner were regularly left without essential cleaning products, on multiple occasions the other cleaner had to purchase items such as toilet cleaner & glass cleaner from a local shop using her own bank account.

Communication and management style was also concerning. On one occasion, when I questioned issues relating to my work and pay, I experienced very unprofessional & intimidating behaviour from Qudus.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend working or using the services of this company, as there are ongoing inconsistencies between what was communicated & what was actually practiced in relation to pay, supplies & working conditions. The standards fall below what would reasonably be expected of a legitimate UK business.
