They lost my package twice. I finally recieved the item 6 months after purchase and it wasn´t the model I had ordered.

Buy anywhere else.

Absolutely abhorrent company to deal with. I ordered F1 ducks and 3 Ferrari ducks arrived, I had ordered 2 McLaren and 1 Mercedes. They have offered 12USD and tell me that’s the best they can do. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They insist that the order was correct. I am now out of pocket. Worst place I have ever dealt with

1st order didn't arrive, 2nd order arrived, but it was the wrong product. They offered me 2 EUR off (what a joke!!!) if I keep the wrong product or I would have to pay to send it back to wherever this "company" is located. So, although it wasn't my fault I didn't get the correct product and they didn't even paid for the return and send a new one.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! The product do not match. The "books" I received have 12 pages, 12 PAGES !!!!! I've seen instruction booklets thicker than these. Junky stickers, all they offered was $7 refund. Not to mention I ordered late Nov /early December and did not get it until 1/23/25WHAT a JOKE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

The products sold on a website do not match the products that are delivered. Support gaslights you that they have sent you exactly what was ordered (that isn't the case obviously), and refuse to issue a refund by a) offering abismally small compensations b) saying they are not competent to offer refunds, and ignoring the demands to relay the issue to someon who can do it c) suggesting that you keep the product(that one doesn't need, since it's not what one bought) because the shipping costs of a product return are to high, or it hat to be taken up to the post sales departament, but the demand to provide the means to return the product despite the cost, or to take it up to the said departament are being ignored. So please dont buy anything from this site.

Another Blind Date with a book order, ordered on 11/27, promised 7-14 day shipment and received on Saturday January 11. Obviously, item received was not as described, paper, stickers, a couple of silk flowers, a pen and NO book. I sent them an email and they apologized and offered me a $7 refund for my experience. I sent another email and now they want me to return what I received to China at my expense. Do not fall for their scam.

Ordered 2x of "a date with a book", genres spicy romance and fantasy..what did i recive?! 2 pamfletts of the books, so not the actuall books, then i don't even get the genres i ordered. I got "A walk to remember" and "The last song" not even close to what i ordered, thinnest of the thinnest shit. Payd almost 600 Sek with express as well...took almost 2 months for it to arive, only for the shit i ordered to be the tiniest things possible.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a calendar from them on November 28. It is still not here. I ordered it using PayPal because I thought if it was a scam they would help me. Neither has been helpful in getting a refund.

It started being shipped from Ireland. When I reported, they said it was not available from that warehouse, and it showed being shipped from China.

My advice, don't order from them and don't trust that PayPal will help.

I ordered Christmas ornaments from them and a friend of mine did too.
Neither arrived and I got onto them about it.
They apologised and sent a new order, it was incorrect and the items were utter s**t.
Crappy quality, nothing like what I'd ordered.
I am now harassing them to get my money back.
Absolutely trash site with terrible customer service.
I will be hounding them until I get my money back.

I fell for this after seeing an ad on Instagram for a "blind date with a book" where they promoted a Full Book with some stationary supplies in the theme of the book genre. Ordered two books, it was 50$. After they sent me a tracking link putting my parcel at an origin somewhere in the USA I did not receive my parcel but was sent another tracking link after 3 weeks which put my package originating from China and being sent out 3 weeks after originally ordering it. I got my order 2 days ago - a mockery and a scam. it was like two chapters of a story and not even the right genre I ordered, accompanied by some cheap as hell stationary supplies. Currently in the process of trying to get my money back via PayPal. DO NOT ORDER

Absolute disgrace of a “company”
Feeling annoyed that I seemed to have fallen for this, as I paid $50NZD for a “blind date with a book” and it came as a cheap, 2 chapters of a book not even in the right genre. Will not receive a refund. Not even worth the hassle. DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered blind date with a book for a price that would be a book in my country for context…. I liked the surprise idea. No such thing. First shipping took longer than they said… well Holliday season I won’t hold it against yah… BUT THEN!!! It is not a book… no it is the first chapter printed on flimsy paper!!! Not in the genre you ordered either! All in all it is a disgrace!!! Never order from here!!!

Hid the fact that it was a foreign company. The product is not made in that supposed country. So, immediately suspicious.

Supposedly took almost a month to clear, their customs and mine. Then was supposed to be in my Mail system. Only it has now been 16 days since last update.

You will never receive your item; nor will you get a refund… because they will waste enough time with “updates” that you can’t get a refund not even from “trusted” payment systems like PayPal.

Dead give away when updates just suddenly stop coming…

Just avoid this like the plaque…

purchased an item however i did it via paypal, didnt want to risk anything. Was what looked like a brilliant item, so ordered, waited x amount of time, nothing I asked if it was a scam, i was sent tracking, tracking didnt move for 3 weeks i complained magically it was at the airport, 2 weeks nothing i complained and went to paypal and was refunded. I complained to them, oh we diced to refund you as you had waited too long, erm no I asked for the refund. However am still getting tracking now, apparently it went to uk, hit the airport, went through customs and is local currier lol, its gotta be a fake service

Cutter Product does not perform as demonstrated in online video. This is a scam company that does not refund.

The items sent are absolute rubbish . There’s are supposed to be craft cutters which don’t even touch paper ! Scam site do not entertain

I ordered a Bible prayer tassel and after weeks and weeks was sent a hideous gaudy hanging thing saying ‘enjoy the sunshine’. Very very disappointed, scam site!
