Showed up on time as scheduled
Showed up on time as scheduled, cleaned our vents and dryer ducts. showed us before and after pics even cleaned up after himself. They did a great job and i would use them again. hvac and dryer even seem to be working more efficiantly.

Great all-round experience

Lack of follow-through.
One of the cleaning crew took down a set of drapes and did not put it back when they left. He also loosened a lint vent connected to our clothes dryer and did not reattach it when they left.

Mixed results
Friendly crew... I've never had duct and dryer cleaning done before ... first time. Moving my daughter into a house and thought it should be done. I think they did an ok job. Two issues I had: 1) in one bedroom they did not remove floor register and clean that duct. It was tricky to remove that duct but instead of reporting the issue to me ... they just skipped it. Had to clean that duct later myself. 2) dryer vent only cleaned from outside. I thought they would have pulled the dryer out and cleaned the vent from inside too. There was a lot of lint untouched where vent meets dryer. I don't think the did anything from the inside. So who knows how much of the dryer vent got cleaned.Somewhat disappointed. I was very busy with other tasks and did not think I had to supervise them .. but I should have.
