Broken and expired product
I received the wrong product which is GBP10 cheaper than what I paid. The bottle was broken for another product.
I got a peel neutralizer by mesobase and the packaging is full of scratches and even worse there is a printed fingerprint on the bottle.
I reported to QBS immediately and they arranged another parcel to me for the broken and expired products.

Waterproof mascara replacement.
I baught a waterproof mascara from this company, but it was a little thick, dryish and on the clumpy side, but they were extremely quick to reply, they were very nice, understanding and apologised and didn't hesitate to replace me with another one straight away...
I was delighted with the second one, and how quickly it arrived with no problem at all...
I will continue to buy from this company as they have been more then fare with me, and good value for money too.

Wrong lashes sent originally, however everything was rectified and customer service was excellent, in the end. Would definitely use QBS again.

The price is very good, and the website is great, organized. I had a shipping problem, but they’ve answered quite fast and with attention. So the problem was solved and they took all responsibility. They were efficient, I like that. I was afraid of being ignored but they give me 100% support!

International buyers be aware! Like other reviews below, I still haven't received my order after 10 days and I cannot even track my order. Horrible experience! Find other places who uses trustworthy and fast courier like DHL.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the fact your original order was delayed by two weeks and as we tried to explain to you we experienced severe set backs due to a Strike Action performed by our primary shipping partner Royal Mail!
Just to let you know we also offer Express Postage to all our international clients and we regularly use it as well. Unfortunately, on this occasion we shipped your order with Royal Mail International Tracked service as this was the option you selected at the checkout. However, as a result of the Strike Action, your order was held at the Royal Mail International Dispatch facility for nearly two weeks before it finally progressed further to your destination country.
We realize that as a seller it is our responsibility to make sure your order is delivered and for this reason we offered you a replacement package straight after we got a notification from you that all was not right with the original parcel.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused as well as for wasting your time and we will use this experience to make sure if in future any of our shipping partners are affected there are viable alternatives to be used.
