The team were very helpful throughout the booking process, and quick to respond to any questions or queries. They were very accommodating to some last minute changes, and the actual trip was a breeze! Coach and driver were great.

I booked via QC Travel for an Explorer Scout weekend to London from Derbyshire. The communication from the start was fantastic - quick response, great quote and easy to sort out.
The drivers for our weekend were brilliant - friendly, professional and helpful. The coaches were clean, tidy and modern.

I recently worked with Quality Coach Travel to manage transport for a large group of 51 travellers across the UK over a 2 week period, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.

The communication and coordination in the lead-up were excellent, and everything ran smoothly on the ground. The drivers were punctual, professional, and incredibly accommodating - even with a few late changes along the way. The coaches were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made a big difference for such a large group moving between multiple cities and stadium visits.

What stood out most was the team’s flexibility and professionalism, especially in handling the inevitable challenges of London traffic and group logistics with patience.

A big thank you to Mark and the entire team for their reliability, support, and fantastic service throughout the trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone managing group travel in the UK and look forward to working with them again on our next tour.

We had two bookings this year.

The first took our year 2s to Whistable and the second took our Reception children to Joss Bay.

The drivers arrived in plenty of time, they were friendly, and patient and the coaches were spotlessly clean.

Also the pricing was perfect for us, we are a struggling primary school with a very tight budget.

We were running a school trip with 22 students in Paris when our flight was cancelled. QCT found a coach and drivers to pick us up and bring us back to our school in Devon. The drivers were fantastic; nothing was too much of a problem for them; they were kind, thoughtful and efficient. A really big thank you, especially to Neil - who was wonderful.

The coach arrived on time and their service was great.

Driver arrived early, and waited for us to finish our school trip so he was ready and waiting for us when we needed to go home.

The drivers were polite, friendly and extremely helpful.

From the moment the booking was made, I knew wer were in good hands. Excellent, quick and detailed communication from Mark all the way through. Our coach driver, Paul, kept me in touch all the time with his whereabouts, was always on time (or early) and was friendly and reliable despite a slightly complicated assignment. Couldn't recommend more highly. I have already repeated my booking!

Everything went very smoothly. We particularly like how QCT send out a reminder of the trip with all the details i.e timings, driver, contact numbers.

I have been using QCT for a couple of years now. Mark Batch is my go to person for very competitive prices. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. I arrange community trips ( I am not a tour operator or a business ) Mark goes out of his way to ensure I get a great price. The coaches are well maintained and clean. It's been a pleasure dealing with Mark. I always shop around after getting a quote from Mark and 9 times out of 10 I will come back and accept Mark's quote. I look forward to continuing to hire coaches from QCT. I have given a well deserved 5 stars.
