Very well built & comfortable. Only issue was a bolt that was to tight so I couldn’t adjust the handlebars. Company was very understanding & sent a replacement stem.

This company is very responsive to inquiries. One of my orders did not arrive but the backup was great. They identified the issue and corrected it.

Quality quest bikes service department was very helpful in, trying to resolve the problem with my trike. How ever I'm not pleased with the manufacturer quality control a simple opening and closing of the hinge have revield the problem at the factory and corrected before shipping

Matt got me the bike and its been wonderful. I am glad he did not wait for the other battery.

The e-trike hitch rack was on back-order when I placed the order. They provided updates promptly and with coutesy when I asked. They shipped the order a day before the stated date. The shipment arrived I excellent condition.

I purchased a trike from this company in April. Due to custom manufacturing and shipping, it only arrived a few days ago. I’ve not had a chance to put it together and test it, but it looks solid enough. The company went above and beyond in terms of customer service and kept me in the loop at every step of the process.
