I'm no tech geek, but let me tell you, these Quanta Vici heated gloves and socks are
the real deal! They're super comfortable, and the heat settings are just right. I wore them to
the last football game, and my fingers and toes were toasty warm. Couldn't ask for more.
Plus, they look stylish too!

I ordered a pair of their gloves in December of 2022 as a Christmas present. I used their "expedited" shipping option to ensure arrival (they charged me $25 for shipping). It's now June of 2023 and am still waiting for delivery. They won't refund the money because they say I agreed that "all sales were final". In my view it's only a sale if they actually deliver a product.

Rip off - money taken 5 months ago for replacement batteries due to faulty ones - nothing sent and now not responding to emails

I ordered my gloves more than 4 months ago. Paid when ordered. Never received the product, and they stopped responding to my emails.

Ordered battery heated gloves end of November 2022. Website at that time mentioned that they were on stock so I contacted them after some weeks to hear status. Kind response that there were some issues but I should not have to wait too long anymore. Did send another mail early 2023 and finally, end of February, received a mail they were shipping very soon. After that I never received any more messages, tracking details or actual product. And even worse, they do not respond to any of my mails anymore at all.

Filed a dispute at PayPal and expect my money back some time from now but much more annoying is the fact that they simply do not respond. Or, when you take your business seriously, cancel the order yourself, notify the buyer and refund the money ASAP.

In short, don't buy here. Go somewhere else where they respect customers and simply answer on mails.

I ordered from them in November 2022, all items I bought were showing as in stock.
A month later I hadn't had a dispatch notice, so got in contact and was told some items were out of stock (they made this sound like I should have known this) and they would ship end of December. Still nothing by Feb, I got told "soon". By march I was told end of April. With nearly the 180 day limit up, I filled a PayPal dispute, someone got in contact to offer me a store voucher (which is really useful for a company that doesn't have stock). PayPal refunded me after 6 months with no dispatch from QV.
Don't waste your time or your money. They are playing it fast and loose with our money and I doubt I ever would have gotten my items.

Extremely garbage website. They never ship out your product and if you want to cancel order, they will take 22% away from you for no reason.

Purchased gloves 2 years ago they never worked when contacted them they said the batteries were defective and if I paid the shipping (which I did) they would send new batteries (which they never did) Would not buy from them

I purchased Quanta Vici heated gloves, and they were faulty upon opening. They refuse to give me my money back. Word of warning, stay away from Quanta vici!!! The only thing worse than the faulty product is the communication and awful customer service.

They will never send the product. Every time you contact them their response is very delayed and they make up some phony excuse and tell you your item is set to ship next week. They have told me that three times now and it’s been 6 months since I’ve ordered. TERRIBLE COMPANY. They just flat out suck

They took my money but didn’t ship the product. This practice is slimy at best. They don’t return email requests when I ask for a refund. Run away from this company unless you like being ripped off.

SCAM. Company lied about shipping, ignored all communication requests on order status for weeks until we involved Paypal, then suddenly had order ready, but they shipping the wrong product (socks instead of gloves I ordered). Follow up communication about order error has been completely ignored again for weeks. They have ghosted us and still not delivered right product. Ordered in Nov, still unresolved as of March. Absolute scam and terrible service.

The gloves barely warm and battery lasts less than two hours. I have repeatedly reached out to return them via email as they have no customer service number. No response. Terrible product. Terrible customer service. I feel totally ripped off.

I recently ordered the "storm proof" gloves. I had my doubts.
I have Raynaud's syndrome so I know A LOT about heated gloves and have used many, many brands over the years, and these gloves are actually quite effective.
I am honestly very impressed with them. Most heated gloves are actually not very well made, and not very warm and they are very bulky.
I have worn my Quanta Vici in the rain and wind and snow in Seattle and my hands were warm. They work.
The stormproof material is actually stormproof.
I wear them to take my dog to the park every day, and she wants me to throw her ball, because she is a dog, and in all of the other heated gloves I have owned that would be difficult because they are bulky and huge, (and they make me look like The Terminator wearing huge gloves at the park) and they are too thick to pick up her small ball.

I really appreciate how streamlined these are. I can actually pick things up, throw a ball, and use my phone while wearing. Both the dog and I are very happy.
I actually look stylish at the park now.

As a passionate cyclist, I'm always looking for gear that can help me stay comfortable in any weather. Quanta Vici's Smart Heated Gloves and Socks are truly a game-changer for winter cycling! The quality and performance of these products are outstanding, and they have really made a difference in my cold-weather rides.

These things are glorified wrist warmers - the full glove doesn't heat up at all, and actually allows a fair amount of breeze through. I reached out to Quanta Vici to make them aware and return them, and was told their return policy is clearly stated on the website, and faulty workmanship isn't clearly stated there. I would advise against buying from this company as they don't stand behind their products - probably because they don't work.

Quanta Vici is amazing. Highly recommend them!

RUN DON'T WALK FROM QUANTA VICI - I never received my gloves.

I pre-ordered heated gloves at the beginning of October 2022. I was assured they would arrive in December. They didn't. I contacted them again and again and was assured I'd get them soon. I didn't. I sent multiple emails to the company requesting a refund. They wouldn't refund me and told me I would get them in April 2023. I informed them I didn't need them in the springtime and wanted a refund. I pushed and pushed to no avail. I was told that I could use them next winter! They finally said they would refund all but a $45 handling fee. Since they didn't have the product, they didn't "handle" anything. I used PayPal and explained the problem to them, and Quanta Vici again wanted to hold back $45 for a handling fee. I rejected the offer. I never received the gloves, and Quanta Vici keeps changing the ship date on their website. (shady practice) PayPal finally resolved the issue, and I received my full refund.

Quanta Vici is an unreliable company with poor customer service.
