I would like to request for the old payment method to be reinstated please.. Apple pay was my preferred payment option for my last purchase due to its commission-free feature. Unfortunately the current payment system entails paying a 3rd-party service resulting in additional costs. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration. Thank you :)

I noticed that my payment had been debited TWICE which left me feeling disheartened. In response I submitted a request to be contacted for assistance. Although I initially had to interact with a bot I was pleased to receive a response from a human representative within 8 minutes.

Fortunately the representative was able to refund the excess amount that had been mistakenly charged.....😪

I extended VPN for another three months. Now I can say that the speed is impressive for this price - no downtime for the entire previous period. Don't impose on anyone, but safely would recommend trying it.

He went above and beyond trying to help me and went so far as to forward me a 2nd set of instructions in case the 1st set didn't work out.
