Deceptive subscription practices — ignored 5 cancellation requests

I am warning consumers about the subscription practices of QuantIndex (operating under ETIX / ETIX.TECH from Zurich, Switzerland). I explicitly revoked my billing authorization via their website contact form on October 15, which was 9 days before my scheduled billing cycle.
The company completely ignored my request. I followed up four more times across multiple channels, including direct emails and further contact forms, culminating in a final notice on October 18. They ghosted all 5 good-faith attempts and went ahead and withdrew $39.00 from my debit card on October 24 without my consent.
I have been forced to file a formal Regulation E unauthorized transaction dispute with my bank, as well as an international cross-border complaint with econsumer.gov. Do not give this platform your card details; they intentionally make it impossible to cancel.
