Pretty much a scam company, the whole business model is to lock in a yearly visit for a product which is fair enough, however they claim more and more frequent visits are required and once their system malfunctioned (even having their services) & caused damage to my property, they all out ignored responsibility and my calls

Great firm. Sent reminder, agreed date, engineer turned up on time, inspected and tested the sprinkler system in our cottage, tidied up and reported. Certificate arrived a couple of days later.
