Very good Support
Very good Support. Just need long time for change from pass challenge to funded .:)
Honestly
Honestly, my experience with Quantum Funding has been good so far. The interface is clean, payments were prompt, and once I understood the system rules (which were a tad confusing at first), everything fell into place. Customer support was also helpful whenever I needed assistance. Highly recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy prop firm.

I passed the 10K one-step challenge with Quantum Funding and my experience has been very positive so far.
The rules are clearly explained in advance, and during the challenge I didn’t encounter any hidden restrictions or surprises. Scalping and manual trading were allowed as stated, spreads and execution on cTrader were stable, especially on major instruments.
After reaching the profit target, the review and upgrade process was transparent. KYC and risk review took a few business days, which is reasonable, and communication via email was clear.
Overall, the process felt professional and fair. So far, Quantum Funding looks like a solid prop firm for disciplined traders who follow the rules.

Payout of over $6,700 denied – assessment based on internal exposure logic
Update:
As I have not received any further response to multiple follow-up inquiries and communication from Quantum Funding has effectively stopped, I am adjusting my rating from 2 stars to 1 star.
Additionally, there has been no public response on Trustpilot addressing the case described.
Regardless of the original assessment, the lack of communication further reinforces my concerns regarding transparency.
==================================
I would like to share my experience with Quantum Funding based on a concrete case, so that other traders can form their own informed opinion.
With funded account 2001916, a payout request was denied and the account was subsequently closed.
The reason given was an alleged breach of the maximum total exposure limit of 20 lots. According to Quantum Funding, 20 lots USTEC and 10 lots DE40 were open simultaneously at a certain point in time.
However, the execution data documented in cTrader shows a clear sequential order: the DE40 position was fully closed more than 12 seconds before the USTEC position was increased. From a trader’s perspective, there was no simultaneous exposure.
In further communication, Quantum Funding explained that the assessment is not based solely on the visible cTrader execution timestamps, but rather on an internal, system-side aggregation logic. This logic also takes into account very short transitional or overlap windows that are not transparently displayed in the trading frontend.
In another case, it was communicated that cTrader execution data would also be taken into account for the assessment. In practical application, however, it became apparent there as well that the system-side aggregation was ultimately decisive.
Following a prior assessment on another funded account, a system-level flag was applied which subsequently affected this account as well.
Regardless of the individual assessment, the key takeaway for me is the following: the decisive assessment basis is not transparently verifiable for traders, as it may deviate from the execution data visible on the trading platform. This makes it difficult to reliably assess the risk of a rule violation, even when trades are executed cautiously and sequentially.
A goodwill-based continuation was explicitly requested and declined.
The purpose of this review is not escalation, but transparency. Traders should be aware that at Quantum Funding, platform execution data alone is not decisive, but rather internal calculations that are not fully transparent externally.
Great prop firm …very transparent

Passed the Challenge – Denied Funded Account Without Proof
I successfully passed the $100K 2-phase challenge with QuantumFunding using cTrader and a manual strategy (22 trades, 5% profit).
I was then accused of using an EA — despite cTrader not supporting MetaTrader-style EAs and my logs showing no cBots or automation.
I submitted full logs and screenshots showing no EA usage, but was still denied funding with a generic message.
I invested weeks of time, learned a new platform (cTrader), and played by all rules — only to be rejected based on "behavioral patterns".
No real proof was ever shown. This experience feels like a waste of time and effort.
Be cautious: even if you pass the challenge fairly, you may be disqualified with no recourse.
Update:
After posting my honest review, Quantum Funding responded not by reconsidering my case, but by threatening to list me on an internal blacklist system called “XFactor”, supposedly used by other prop firms.
This means that simply sharing your experience publicly and respectfully may result in being flagged behind the scenes — without your knowledge or consent.
It raises the question: Does Quantum Funding primarily profit from failed challenges?
Because it seems they don’t actually want funded traders — only fees from those who don’t make it or can be disqualified by vague internal criteria.
If you’re considering joining, ask yourself: Will they let me pass if I actually do everything right?
My experience suggests otherwise.
