Aka quantum home improvements I actually have no words to describe the poor workmanship that's been done in my bathroom. Well i do cowboys, After day 2 I told them not to bother coming back. Day 1 was rip out, including MY SINK, day 2 they fit a new door frame, shower tray and started to tile. All this before the floor was fully up and the ceiling finished. It hadn't even been fully taken down or boarded ready for plaster, 2 huge screws sticking out if the new door frame. Only 1 screw in each hinge which apparently was tempory as they didn't have the right screws. Hammered huge holes in the walls, 1 right through to my sons bedroom. All I got was it just needs a bit of skim and the door frame which had 2 cut mark at the top and a big gap, was told a bit of filler will sort it. Absolute bodge it men. Who I was assured are skilled workmen. Let's not even get started on the cut they did on the tiles to go around the shower pipes. It can only be described as something jaws had taken a bite out of. The list is endless. I have all videos and pictures as proof. I'm not one for leaving reviews or taking things further, but I'd hate for anyone to be in the same position. My next step is trading standards because that's how bad it is. All I got from Abbas was lie after lie, however one of the guys was very fair, agreed the work was extremely poor and offered to replace the shower tray that was too small and replace the tiles that had already been put on the walls and now have to be taken off as they've been dot and dabbed directly onto plaster board. I'm told he's sent the information reg the hole in my wall to someone further, im still waiting! I wish I could upload the video I have ;( all this I'm left with no sink and no bath from day 1 of rip out, and a poor poor standard of work

We had Abbas come out and assess the bathroom we wanted fully replacing and his work was fantastic. However, it went downhill from there. The fitter was unreliable and did shoddy work. Started it before Christmas last year and finished Christmas eve, then we had leaks from the sink, shower and toilet which took up until April/May to get fully sorted. I kept getting ignored by the company, I called and always got voicemail with no return call or my emails got a bounce back. I went back to them last week due to my partner falling and damaging the shower wanting a replacement doing which I was happy to pay for and again I've been ignored. Won't be using again and would not recommend.

I had my bathroom completed by Quantum about 6 months ago. They did a full wet room for me. I don’t have a great deal of time so using Quantum made perfect sense. Abbas came out to my house and went through my options. I had photos of what i wanted the bathroom to look like. Abbas recommended the hardware and sourced the tiles i had seen elsewhere. The wet room was fitted and the finish was absolutely perfect. The after sales care was also brilliant. A few tiny tweaks that needed doing afterwards were sorted and 6 months on, the bathroom is brilliant. The time i saved by using Quantum was worth every penny as I could focus on my business and didn’t have to get bogged down by trying to arrange the bathroom and tradesmen to do it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Quantum home as a company we’re really good. Straight from the measurement to the fitting the company kept in regular contact with me and explained any issues and developments.

Unfortunately, I think the company was let down slightly by the sub contractors as my project went a week + over schedule. However, this was made up for by the superb handling of the project by the company. I found Sarah Langfield in particular super helpful. She kept in regular touch and helped keep the project moving.

Over all I would recommend the company to others and I’m happy with the finished product.

Found Quantum on internet, read reviews and thought I would get a quote. From the first phone call,to getting a quotation and following survey and installation . They have been great. It's always a worrie not knowing the company, but I don't think I could get a better installation. Thank you Quantum.
