Extremely unresponsive. Don't bother

I had the absolute worst experience with them which left me with severe mental health and financial issues which I am still trying to recover from. 3 failed attempts at getting my husband a visa. Once I finally switched lawyers my new one got it on the first try. Nothing had changed in personal circumstances from my end in the 4th attempt just the way the application was done. This could have all been avoided should the first application been done correctly or should I have been advised accordingly. I asked for a refund of their services which doesn’t even cut it in my opinion but I was denied. Sunny failed me. I would not recommend them in the slightest.

We were recommended Sunny by a family member, who had successfully obtained their marriage visa through him.
After applying for 2 visitor visas and being turned down we decided we needed professional help through this difficult process.
From our initial enquiries through to obtaining a fiancé, then subsequent marriage visa, Sunny went above and beyond.
Our story - I am from England, my husband from India. We met when I was on holiday in Goa, India. I travelled to India as often as I could. We built an idyllic life together having a boutique on the beach in Goa. We planned to marry in Goa and then COVID happened and I had to return to England on a repatriation flight. Being able to continue working in the care industry I was able to meet the financial requirements and with Sunny’s guidance, was able to gather all required documentation. As India had closed its borders at the outbreak of the pandemic, who was to know it would take 18 months before they reopened and our fiancé visa meant we could at last be reunited
We were married after 3 months and Sunny then successfully made the application for our marriage visa, which was approved very quickly.

I can not recommend Quantum Law Associates and Sunny Sandhu highly enough. From the very moment I submitted my enquiry for assistance, Sunny was so responsive and informative. His past work within the Home Office make him an ideal resource and advocate for his clients knowing the inner workings of the UKVI first hand. His services was reasonably priced for great value in comparison to competitors. As an American applying for an Unmarried Partner Visa, he helped my partner and I navigate the process with compassion and care, even when the home office made a clerical error leading to a prolonged process. From start to finish, Sunny was in our court and we felt in capable hands. We will use Sunny and Quantum Law Associates for any and all visa renewals in the future and highly recommend him to anyone that needs visa or immigrations service.

I chose Quantum Law as the firm to help me submit my naturalisation application and it has possibly been the worst mistake I have ever made.
The first application they submitted on my behalf was rejected because of a mistake they made (they applied on the wrong day), and this is just what happens when you hire someone that pays no attention to the work they are doing. They then offered to pay for a second application but don’t be fooled - it's not at all because they care about their customers, they only did it in order to avoid a law suit. The second time around was even worse than the first one. They twice failed to submit a SARS on my behalf and both times I had to chase them for weeks before they actually submitted the request. They then sent me the application to review several times and the application contained the most basic mistakes - wrong name, wrong date of birth, incorrect spellings and horrific grammar. Simply not the standards you would expect from a law firm. After my application was accepted, there was an issue because I did not receive the ceremony invitation letter. I contacted Quantum Law numerous times asking them to follow up but this was only done once six months ago. Since then I have requested them to follow up and call UKVI and this was never done, every single request was ignored. Eventually after six months of inaction by Quantum Law I contacted another firm who could not believe the way I had been treated. They took the matter in their own hands and in the space of one week I was attending the ceremony. They did all this for free because they felt bad that Quantum Law was not doing their job. Quantum Law in the meantime is still waiting for a reply to an email they sent six months ago, sitting on their asses doing nothing. I even got a reply from UKVI to tell me that it needs to be my legal representative that follows up on the letter not being received since they were the ones who submitted the application but regardless Quantum Law ignored this and did absolutely nothing to help me.
Dealing with them was an absolute nightmare and I would like to warn anyone and everyone who is considering to hire Quantum Law to look elsewhere, there are plenty of qualified and competent immigration firms out there that will do a great job. Quantum Law are just unable to provide a decent service.
It's clear from the negative reviews that I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience with them. If like me you have had a issues with the terrible service they offer please make sure you report them to the offices of the immigration services commissioner (OISC), it's important that they have a record of all these instances so that appropriate action can be taken. You can also visit the small claims court website who will give you free legal advice on your options should you wish to pursue the matter further.
No matter what you do, make the smart decision to stay as far away as possible from this firm.

Lucrezia and Sunny are knowledgeable, supportive and they got us the result we wanted! Not only that, when things went wrong (which was not their fault) they told us exactly what to do and even did a re-application for us free of charge. We had a successful outcome to our spousal visa process, which gets ever more complex/hostile. We were both extremely happy with the service we received. It was very painful to obtain all the documents needed (spread over several countries) however it was worth the effort (and the subtle, but firm/constructive pressure to put them all in place prior to submitting the application. Sunny and Lucerzia were both very professional (and patient).

We were able to obtain the spousal Visa successfully.

We will certainly use Quantum again. Thank again for your help whilst navigating the national embarrassment that is our immigration law and "home" office.
