Great introduction to Chianti Classico! So interesting talks with the three producers, moderated by Jeff Porter. A first-class event that gave us plenty of insights about the history, soil and territory, grapes and methods of wine-making of 3 outstanding Chianti Classico wineyards and their wines! In addition, we got recipes to cook and pair with the wines - perfect all around!
