The wallet is insecure and can be stolen without proper support and backup

Hello. This wallet used to be very good, but a few days ago I found out that my 773 Dogecoin assets had been transferred from this wallet to another wallet and had been stolen. When I spoke to online support in online chat, he did not help. And he refused to be responsible and accountable, and with meaningless repetitive words, he did not hesitate in not performing his duties and not recovering the stolen and taken out coins, and he made fun of his words. I have decided to sue this company and the person who was robbed, and I have also told the company that I am suing. This wallet is no longer secure and may be their own collection and transfer (because the wallet information is only in the hands of the individuals and the wallet company itself).
