Unreasonable company
I ordered from Quartzbanger and the package was never delivered. I did not receive any delivery or pickup notice, and I had to contact the company myself after waiting a month with no product. Customer service claimed it was my responsibility to track down the package and that they could keep a $5 fee because it was “returned,” even though I never received it. The fee also wasn’t clearly disclosed at checkout. A full refund was only issued after I pushed back/disputed it. I’ve ordered from other quartz companies and have never had an issue like this. First and last time they get my business.
