I ordered from Quartzbanger and the package was never delivered. I did not receive any delivery or pickup notice, and I had to contact the company myself after waiting a month with no product. Customer service claimed it was my responsibility to track down the package and that they could keep a $5 fee because it was “returned,” even though I never received it. The fee also wasn’t clearly disclosed at checkout. A full refund was only issued after I pushed back/disputed it. I’ve ordered from other quartz companies and have never had an issue like this. First and last time they get my business.

Do not order from quartzbangers.com. I ordered an enail banger, and was sent the wrong one. I thought it would be a simple replacement, but instead I was told that they changed the style and now I have to buy an adapter in addition to the banger. And then their customer service agent tells you it's your fault and that's what you ordered. BAD COMPANY! STAY AWAY!

These guys are sending random generic stuff instead of the item that was bought on their site.
