***DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THESE. SCAMMERS.*** Ordered a music box from them that upon delivery played completely out of tune. This box was shipped from China, and I suspect it is a knock-off. The reviews on their website had blatantly great reviews only, which I suspect are fake as well. Either that or they don’t post negative reviews on their site, meaning they skew the data. SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS!!!

Just got ripped off by these people. After 3 weeks I finally got the music box I bought for my daughters bday. I didn’t know it was coming from China. Also, it is very small and cheap. The wording in it is so light and little you can barely read it. The wording is not dark brown. They made me send picture of it when I emailed them about a return. There are tons of reviews on their site that are all good but there is no way to even leave a review so I’m thinking they are fake. Not sure how they get away with this scam. I’m pretty sure I won’t be receiving a refund.

Horrible company - said they shipped ages ago .. then said I gave them the wrong address (I didn't it is right) .. then said post office had returned the item and it would be destroyed at the border.. so they offered me 50 percent off my next purchase!! What a scam!

I ordered the music box, and wish I had read reviews first. It is way overpriced and very poor quality. You can hardly read the writing and it is very lightweight. Probably cost only a few dollars to produce but it was quite expensive. Avoid - it is really not worth the money or the disappointing product

Ordered baseball then hours later canceled. charged me 10% cancellation fee $2.98, absurd. how they nake their money. On top of that they billed some bogus International Service Assessment Fee .99
Total $3,47 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Steal .99 from people adds up.

They sell cheap items from China. Will take forever to receive. More than 300+ bad reviews about Quartzily. Don't buy baseballs, music boxes & whatever else crap they sell. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered mine on 7/4/19 got a email it was shipped then that same day saying it was delivered, it never came post office stated I never had a package 📦 such a rip off and no contact number sounds fishy to me ! I have contacted PayPal with hopes for a refund !! Buyer beware do not order from this company it’s a SCAM!!

Productvis smaller than it appears in the picture. Music box has to be continuously cranked to play, not a wind up music box like i was expecting. Product took a couple weeks to deliver.

Wish I also did a search before ordering,,this company plays on your heart strings to steal your money and sell you junk with fake tracking numbers,,NEVER AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!!

Wish I d read these reviews before ordering, so disappointed with item & quality, you would pay a couple of pounds max, I paid $35 what a rip off and they won’t refund or accept return. Please don’t buy music box so angry with myself for not checking out this company!

I as well ordered the music box. Such poor quality and the size if a small ring box. I see Ebay has the same item for $7.99. I should have done research first. It also comes from China which means not only high prices, poor quality item but 2 weeks on a dang boat. Please don't purchase from this company

Shameful selling by Quartzily of a very junky product. Purchased a mother to daughter music box. Took nearly 3 weeks to deliver and did not realize it was being sent from China. Very junky product, extremely small in size, made very cheap. The international declared value by the sender was $3 and I, as a buyer, paid nearly $35 for a purchase price. Will never purchase from this site again and I agree with the other reviews that it appears to be a scam company.

I ordered the music box with You Are My Sunshine. IT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED!!! DO NOT GO BY THE PICS!! It’s TINY and CHEAP LOOKING! And they won’t refund, hiding behind saying the dimensions are in the ad. Guess this helps them sleep at night, for charging $30 for a $5 trinket. So, get out your ruler, and check the dimensions and do NOT go by the pics!

Quartzily is a Scam that seeks to lure you to purchase, provides a fake tracking number and won't show you show the shipper is so you have no way to follow up, and will simply go round and round with you, so you think there's something you can do to get the items you want, while time passes and you are less likely to recover damages from your credit card company or bank account. Quartzily is a Scam game equal to telermarketing on the phone or Nigeria scam letters; they are just using new means like Instagram and Facebook, using the trust you have on those platforms to their advantage, and thousands are falling for it. Instagram and Facebook do not moderate fake sellers and won't receive or accept reports from users, so Scam companies like Quartzily continue to operate under the same name until too many bad reports have been filed.

QUARTZILY HAD ME TAKE PHOTOS OF SOCKS, SHIPPING # AND I WAS TOLD SORRY FOR THE ERROR SENDING WALLET REPLACEMENT... NEVER EVER RECEIVED MY WALLET. CONTACTED AGAIN, THEY CLAIM ORIGINAL SHIPPING # WAS DELIVERED... ROUND & ROUND SCAM!

never order from this company. it is a scam. gave me a wring tracking number and i never received my order and no answer to emails.

Worst experience ever. THIS IS A SCAM! Forced to change my credit card after this. I canceled literally minutes after the purchase. There is no phone number on file to reach out so you have to wait for them to reach out to you. They continued with the charge even after they said they will cancel the order. They insist on charging 5% for canceling, which is ridiculous because the order wasn't even processed or shipped. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BULLIES AND SCAMMERS!

Having nothing but issues with this place I ordered gifts for my sons, at the end of the saying it says love mom, I am DAD not mom... They are dragging their feet in resolving my issue. Never again!

6/26/19 They hare refusing to refund me, they are refusing to send me a return label. They are crooks!!!! Send you wrong product then want you to pay for their mistakes....... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I asked for a refund right after I purchased because I read horrible reviews on the quality of their products. They told me they are charging a 10% cancelation fee... Best to stay away.

They don't tell you that this trash ships from China, nor do they use the fast shipping. I've ordered weird gray market products from China which show up faster than this. This company is garbage, and I highly wish that there was a way to review them on Facebook where they push advertisement so heavily. I ordered this item more than two weeks before mother's day and it still isn't here. I get that you don't want females in your country, but we honor and respect them here, ESPECIALLY with Mother's Day, so this was a big deal.

A Chinese item from a reputable seller who runs an upstanding business (Eleagant Endeavor) got their product here in plenty of time. Quartzily is a failure.
