DO NOT USE !!!

They failed to pay the insurance premium, so now their work is no longer insured. They do not answer the phone, not even sure if they are still in business. DO NO USE !!!

Cancelled appointments over and over with no call and no explanation

I contacted Quattro to arrange an inspection and quote - I received a reply 10 days later and offered an appointment on Monday 5pm.

Monday's appointment was cancelled without my knowledge - until I rang and was informed of this.

Another appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, but by mid morning, a text message informed me it had to be changed to Wednesday, 5pm again.

Wednesday 5pm came and went, and at 6.15pm, the inspector ring my doorbell, no apology, no explanation. When I mentioned my appointment was for 5pm, the reply was "oh, yeah, traffic".

Any trust in this company was lost at this point, and there are others with reviews just as good.

I will take my money to someone else that treats potential customers with respect from the outset.

UPDATE 18 OCT
1. I was given at appointment at 5 (three times) without a mention that the arrival time ir between 5 and 6.
2. Even if that had been said, the insoector did not ring my doorbell until 6.16pm.

This is not the Quattro Roofing Standard, to which we apologize

Having said that, I spoke to the inspector who arrived at your property on the evening of Wednesday 16th October, who arrived within our designated hourly slot.

The inspector did apologies for being delayed due to London traffic, and when he approached your door, you stated you wanted nothing to do with us and slammed the door in his face.

As per your request we have removed all contact details from our system, have a good day
