Quay Embroidery Reviews

I recently ordered some Just Sing T-shirts which I needed at short notice. I also asked Nikki if she was able to do a zip-up hoodie with the same logo. Nikki's response was prompt & very helpful. The items were ready for collection ahead of time. They are great quality, a good fit & a very reasonable price. Thank you ❤️

Nikki is an absolute pleasure to deal with! She so kindly and beautifully embroidered my boys’ names onto their swimming towels, and they look absolutely gorgeous. She even sent me a photo beforehand so I could see exactly how they would look, which was such a lovely touch. The turnaround time was amazing too!

I’m so pleased with them and would highly recommend Nikki and her beautiful work! ❤️

We needed some Hi vis vests branded last minute. I contacted Quay Embroidery and not only could they fill the order, the price was very reasonable. Collection was straight forward, well directed via email and a sign post on the junction to confirm (very muxh needed). Communication to confirm branding design was excellent and the stitching quality looks perfect. Can't wait for our volunteers to be wearing them with pride. Broadstone Town Council.

Quay Embroidery recently undertook a bulk project with us to provide most of our members and volunteers with branded sportswear with our logo on. The company was extemely helpful, responsive, courteous, and engaging during this work. Our members have been delighted with the high quality garments, lovely embroidery and reasonable prices. As a charity we are delighted that our members will be wearing their clothing with pride. We will be using them in the future. Thanks.

Just picked up my new branding logo design from Nikki
She was instrumental in producing the design , with her knowledge of colours, attention to detail.
Excellent service.

First time using Quay embroidery, great communication, quick turnaround and did a really good job. Would definitely use this buisness again!

Brilliant quality clothing and brilliant quality logos. Will definitely be ordering again.

Vicki contacted me to inquire about the possibility of providing our company with work wear. Her efforts and communication were exceptional, which prompted me to purchase a sample from her. I am delighted to report that the outcome exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be ordering more soon.

On behalf of R.P.N General Build, I would like to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided.

Best regards,

From start to finish, Vikki was so helpful and obliging, even though I was quite picky in my requirements and took a long time to decide exactly how I wanted my t-shirts embroidered and printed. Communication was first class and she was able to guide me through the entire process. Picked up my t-shirts yesterday and I'm so happy with the results - my logo embroidered on the front really pops and shines and the printed QR code on the back is very clear too.
Overall, I'm a very happy customer and I will be returning to get more items branded with my logo.
I therefore thoroughly recommend Quay Embroidery.

Vikki and the team have been fantastic, from start to finish they are clear and concise and explain exactly how things work and keep you up to date through out the whole process , their costings are also very reasonable! I've used them many times and have no plans of going elsewhere in the future!

Excellent service from Vikki and the team at Quay Embroidery , We will sure to use them again for our work wear.

I've recently set up a page on their website for a local charity to buy branded clothing from.

It was really simple to do, with plenty of options to choose from.

The quality is great with an incredibly reasonable price.

Fast response, good quality, but forgot to tell us when ready. We are a returning client and would recommend
