I bought a complete lake angling set for my daughter from QuaySports.com, and she’s over the moon! The staff gave fantastic, friendly advice, guiding me to the perfect set for her. Everything is high quality and ready for hours of fishing fun. She can’t wait to try it out, and I’m so impressed with the excellent service. Will definitely be back.

I’m really impressed with the service from the team here. I purchased some sea fishing gear and was pleasantly surprised to see it arrive the very next day. The items are high quality and exactly as described on the site. Beyond the products, the customer service was helpful and professional. It’s rare to find such a quick turnaround—highly recommended for anyone needing gear in a hurry.

Ordered a fishing kit for my daughter as she wanted to give it a go whilst on holiday. Arrived next day, well packaged, easy to set up and she even managed to catch a few fish.

The goods came in good time, but only delivered half the amount of hooks as described in the package. The reel I purchased broke after two angling sessions, when trying to land a fish. The floats were transparent and I could see the bodies slowly filling with water - they leaked and were useless. I've had no reply from the comany since emailing them. The company that invoiced for the goods are called 'silver bullet', not a dedicated angling company, just a money making venture selling cheap rubbish.

I recently purchased a fishing rod from Quay Sports, but unfortunately I broke the two rod tips that came with the rod by closing the boot of my car onto them. I tried to get a replacement rod tip locally without any success. I emailed Quay Sports, enquiring whether they did replacements, as I couldn’t see them on their website. I promptly received a reply from Mark, who said they didn’t do the replacements, but several people had also enquired whether they could purchase replacements, so as the demand was there, he would arrange for these to be made available on the website. I received an email on Tuesday 14th April informing me that they were available. I purchased the rod tips on the 14/04 and received these today (15th). Throughout the communication with Quay Sports, in particular Mark, has been first class and to receive my purchase in less than 24 hours is incredible these days. As Quay Sports do a wide range of products at competitive prices and their after sales customer service is great, I will use them for all my future fishing requirements and it’s nice to know that I can shop with confidence with a company that puts their customers first.

Found what I wanted, ordered it and received it promptly 1st class service

Purchased a rod from them and it was no way as described, requested a return, I had to pay for the return postage and they deducted the shipping postage from the refund, absolute disgraceful

All the guys at Quay Sports are absolutely great! All extremely friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to give tips and advice!
Have never had a bad experience there and they are always fully stocked and have everything you could need!

Ordered a rod, bag, tackle box with tackle set for Christmas for my son.
Never arrived. I have been contacting quay sports about the missing parcel but they are not taking any responsibility just telling me to follow up with my sorting office. My local sorting office are saying the seller needs to claim for a missing parcel and look into it as there's nothing I can do as a buyer, its sellers responsibility. Quay sports are still refusing to do anything. DO NOT ORDER OR BUY FROM THEM! if anything goes wrong they will not do anything even though it is their responsibility. Disgusting customer service! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Looking at reviews it looks like I'm not the only one that has experienced the same thing.

I have been using the quay sports shop ever since it opened. The parking outside is really handy. The staff are really helpful and full of knowledge. A very nice fishing shop

Quay Sports is a great store - staff were super helpful and took the time to talk through products and offer advice on local fishing spots. They've got tons of angling equipment and bait. Highly recommend a visit if you are in North Devon. Also bought a few bits from the Quay Sports online site afterwards and they came mega quick.

Ordered a tough tackle box it arrived not the one I picked and ordered totally different logo on it they shouldn't do that advertise something then send a different item out they need to update there website photo to the new logo customer service not very helpfull ( shocking ) also not worth the money I paid very flimsy sent back for a refund which ive not received yet

First class advice given and everything stocked at a great price ,our of town so very easy access.
