This is my honest review after my first Umrah trip with my mother immediately after getting down at the airport the travel agency made us await for 2 hours then the hotel always has lift and wifi problem .my old mother with knee pain used many times stair case. Worst food and far off hotel with no concern towards the group people who came for Umrah . Many aged uneducated people suffered alot becoz of this travel agency. I request not to use this travel agency. Promising something else and giving something else . Even Umrah / Haj has become a business for this travel agency. Please do not opt for this travel agent.

With them you can travel worry free because they will do everything for you. Always travel with Quba Travel

Left stranded absolute con men stay away and avoid at all cost this company is a disgrace and no fear of Allah left to pay for tickets ourselves ignored

A very horrible experience travelling to Al Aqsa with this group. The leader Maulana Dawood is nothing but a conman who was very quick to take money for the booking but could not deliver the service. The whole trip was a shambles with very poor organisation, treatment and no remorse from him.
Showed no care or compassion even to the elderly who struggled. When confronted Dawood would ignore you and walk away.

May Allah protect us from people who use religion as a tool to make money. Save your money and don't travel with them

Asalaamalaykum. I would like to address the trip that we have just returned from as I believe that there are certain things that need to be addressed. Alhamdulillah we were able to visit Al Aqsa. In my opinion and this is also the consensus of the group, the times outside of visiting the Al Aqsa compound was shambolic. I am not sure if if was your first trip out of the country or if it was your first time leading a group, or your first trip to Palestine, but it was very apparent that organisation and communication is not a strong skill set of yours or the other chap who was supposedly leading the trip with you.
We tried on several occasions to communicate with you but you blatantly seemed to ignore us by just walking off in the opposite direction. I understand that you may have a lot going on with other members of the group, however, it is YOUR responsibility for all the individuals as leader of the group. We are quite an autonomous and independent group and we did not need hand holding - a simple brief the night before, and at breakfast, could have resulted in a lot of these problems that we did face (coach, hotel bookings, etc) being avoided/prevented. It is your job to lead the group by example, and to enforce a level of discipline and accountability. The time that was spent at the holy places and maqams was short-lived, rushed, unorganised and without much in the way of an explanation, save for the Palestinian tour guide Isaac, who if, in my opinion, was not present, would have made the trip even more difficult. It seems more time was spent going to shops and dealing with you wondering around like a headless chicken. The accommodation we stayed at was different to the hotel that we were expecting and were told about by yourself, prior to leaving the country. I will not address the debacle that was the last day, but the fact that you were able to infuriate the drivers, nearly cost us our trip back to the airport, and ultimately home. I think the problem you gave to those brothers will not be forgotten any time soon. Overall being part of your group was a negative experience for me, and for the other brothers who joined me. We feel cheated by you and Aftab, as people who were considered teachers/leaders, I would say quite frankly that the IDF gave me and the others less grief, than the issues we experienced due to your performances. There appears to have been a level of deceit we were not expecting and a lack of both transparency and honesty from you. Having seen the dormant accounts you have submitted on the Companies House website, it’s little wonder the experience we have had was the way it was. I understand that we need to earn, but running a tour company and filing documentation which states you have earned a £1 a year? Well what about the fees paid by every member of the group. We would like a part refund due to the lies and poor handling of this tour. May Allah (swt) guide you to be better for future visits and to just be a more decent person all round. I myself will not be recommending your company, or yourself, to any of my friends or family. We would be happy to deal with this privately and recieve a refund for the poor service you’ve provided. If we don’t hear a response within 7 days we’ll assume you’re not willing to cooperate in which case we’ll be forced to escalate the matter to HMRC, the media and atol just to name a few. If anyone wants more information, feel free to contact me. AVOID!

Alhamdulillah this was my second time booking my Umrah trip with Quba Travels. The hotels and transportation we were provided with exceeded all expectations! Br Shahidul was even kind enough to upgrade us in Makkah so we had access to lounge which catered for all of our needs during our stay (without additional charge).

We were provided with excellent tour guides (Br Salim and his wonderful wife) and ask Allah to reward them abundantly for going above and beyond. A truly exceptional journey in the company of exceptional people.

We booked our Umrah experience with Quba Travel and my family and I cannot recommend them enough! Alhamdulillah it was a very well organised and memorable trip. It felt very stress free - we never had to worry about any logistics as it was all covered by the team. The team was always helpful, accommodating and responsive. Overall, our experience with the team was 10/10. My family and I are very grateful our trip went very smoothly and amazingly, and I definitely will be recommending Quba Travel to my family and friends!

We were looking forward to travelling with Quba for Hajj 2022 but due to licences being taken away from Hajj agencies in the UK, we have not been able to. However, Quba were transparent throughout the process and provided a swift refund.

I have been in contact with Quba Travel Ltd for the past 2 years regarding Hajj. Due to the pandemic, we could not go to hajj in 2020 or 2021 and just about a month ago when we were looking to get ready to go to hajj in 2022 with Quba travel, the Saudi hajj ministry had other plans. Even though we now are unable to go to Hajj with Quba anymore, I would still recommend them for 2 reasons, one is because of my dear friend Shaykh Abid Khan's recommendation of Quba back in 2019 and second, because of my experience with them over the last 2 years. There was a lot of uncertainty during the pandemic but at each stage I was given a thorough update about any and all developments regarding the state of hajj. I specifically want to thank brother Shahid with whom I had the most contact with. He was mashaAllah incredibly courteous, professional and helpful in all of his emails and phone calls. Alhamdullilah, I felt content every time I spoke with him and even now that we are parting ways, he has offered to help should I get selected for Hajj this year inshaAllah. May Allah reward brother Shahid and other brothers in Quba travel who provided me with timely updates. Honest and Trustworthy company

I went to perform Umrah for the time in May 2022. What an experience it was! I purchased a 5 Star package from Quba which included everything including a high speed railway train ticket to go to Makkah from Madinah. Everything went smooth, there was not a single problem, everything was sorted before hand & i ended my journey in Makkah on a high note praying in front of the Kabba. Although I did not go in a group, Brother Shahid guided me throughout my journey via phone. Outside of Hajj season Umrah can be performed anytime of the year. If you've made the intention to go, I recommend you to get in touch with them ASAP and purchase your package to experience a beautiful journey.

Alhamdulillah, what a brilliant experience! And not just the umrah trip itself, but also the process from enquiring, quotation and payments, to getting there and getting assistance at every turn. Allahummabariq. May Allah bless Br Shahid and the Quba Team. Any issue i ever had whilst there, Br Shahid was a msg away. Prior to even leaving the UK, Br Shahid was kept me informed at every turn even though he himself was abroad. I would not hesitate in recommending Quba Travels and I intend to use them in the future myself.

I luckily used the services of Quba Travels to go Hajj in 2019, it was the best decision I made outside going Hajj, they were friendly and accommodating from the off and had very competitive pricing and packages, they managed expectations very realistically at all points before and during Hajj, which is a very important trait for this experience. They also went above expectations with helping and arranging for the holy visit and all parts involved to make it easier for all. The managing team are truly great, friendly and humble people. I would defo recommend using Quba Travels, I know I will again.

This was the 6th trip to umrah Alhamdulillah. However this experience with Quba travel was far the best experience I had and No doubt I will be going back with them in the near future Inshallah.

I did not have to worry about anything as everything was taken care of. The tour guides were excellent and very accommodating. Very well versed and experienced. They went over and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied.

Going through the old city of Madina, which I had not seen before in my previous visits was an experience I would never forget. Entering the old city the same way the prophet SAW entered, as if you were there with him as an absolute astonishing, tearful experience that one will not forget.

We were shown places that I never thought exsisited such as the castle of Urwa ibn Masood R.A and to go further to be shown places and areas of banu Nadir etc and which extract ayat was reveled. I am out of words.

Just returned after umra with Quba travel. Highly recommend them they support you and assist you from the begining and in the harmain.
Any one thinking of going to hajj they are a good group to go with ( been with them twice for hajj 2019 and 2018). Shahid the owner of the group is very knowledgeable himself and is a very approachable and kind person. He also arranges very knowledgable islamic scholars who give frequent reminders. So there is plenty of opportunity to do your own worship learn and reflect on the purpose of hajj and umra by timely reminders and raise your standard in worship.

My first Umrah Experience

Honestly I cannot recommend this company enough; I used this company for my first Hajj experience and now for my first Umrah experience. I will be using these brothers for any future Hajj/Umrah trips InShaa Allah. I am sure there are other good companies out there but why look any further when I have found this one!
