Qubeq is an e-commerce operations agency. We manage the day-to-day running of Amazon and Walmart marketplace accounts for brands and sellers who have outgrown handling it themselves. Most of our work is the unglamorous part of selling online: keeping the catalog clean, fixing suppressed listings and broken variations, planning inventory and FBA shipments, coordinating with 3PLs, running advertising, writing listing copy, handling account health and policy issues, and recovering money through FBA reimbursement audits for lost, damaged and mis-returned inventory and fee overcharges. We work on monthly retainers. Each client has named people on their account rather than a rotating queue, and we report on what was done, what changed and what it cost. If something goes wrong, we tell you before you find it yourself. Qubeq was founded in 2022 and operated under the name Moiz IT until 2026, when we rebranded. Our team is based in Chattogram, Bangladesh, and we work with brands across the United States and Europe. We also publish a set of free marketplace calculators at qubeq.com/tools that anyone can use without signing up. They cover fulfilment and referral fees, inventory holding cost and aged inventory surcharges, returns cost, promotion profitability, inbound placement fees and PPC break-even. We maintain a public log of the rate changes behind them, including corrections we have made to our own numbers.
