Please do not waste your time and money. I have been waiting for almost 3 months for a refund on some faulty, poor quality shoes.

The customer service matched the quality of the shoes, poor, awful and every other bad word I can think of. After explaining the problem with the shoes, they were doing everything they could to make me keep it and not issue me a refund. After sending back the shoes, they still have not refunded me as promised and have stopped responding to my emails. It’s been a very frustrating shopping experience which I hope nobody else has to go through.

I’m not sorry for the harsh review, they are absolutely terrible.

I ordered my prom dress from here , it was meant to come in a month but came in 2 weeks. The quality was amazing and looked exactly like the picture. Would recommend

This company says they are based in England however are actually based in Hong Kong. Customer service is appalling and have sent countless emails and messages and have had no response!
They do not let you cancel an order (tried countless times) and the 2 dresses I have ordered are not coming for another 2 months!!!

Worst experience here ever. The website was extremely confusing, the shipping takes forever considering it says it comes from England . The fact that there is no contact number is completely ridiculous . My order was confirmed didn’t even get an email to say that, I had no communication from them what so ever until I found out the money had been given back even though we had been concerned it was going to be a scam so we went on live chat and we were reassured that our order had been confirmed and a tracking number was giving . The tracking number did not work . This left us one week to try and find a dress. Would not recommend this website to anybody .
