Scam

All went fine with ordering my synthetic hair piece online through their website until I received the product and wanted to return it as it was not the size I expected. There's no full address nor phone number on the site or on the invoice/receipt inside the package (is this even legal?). I filled in the online contact form 3 times and never heard back from them. The 2 weeks return window is now gone and so is my money.
I've learned my lesson and now I check the contact details on online retailers websites before ordering.
Stay away.
