I bought my partner's engagement ring from Queensmith in 2023, and we have just bought our wedding bands from Queensmith in 2025. She loves her ring and gets compliments constantly. I was really impressed with the pricing & quality and service offered by the staff on both occasions and would not hesitate to recommend this company. The quality really is unmatched and is testament to their in-house team. You can tell its a Queensmith ring!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I walked into one of the stores after researching online without an appointment and got lucky with a cancellation.

Being able to pick the ring style, metal, and diamonds all in a short session where everything was explained was great. Thank you so much to their Gemologist Lexia for that experience + for showing me around where the rings were actually made.

The staff were really friendly and patient when designing the ring and gave good advice. They explained the process really well. They gave me a workshop tour which was cool too. My partner was SO happy with the ring. Can't recommend queensmith enough to be honest

Our time with Queensmith was absolutely lovely. They were patient, thoughtful and listened to our needs the whole time. We worked with Anil for most of our journey and despite us taking ages to make our final pick he stayed with us and welcomed us back with kindness and offered his knowledge thoughout. We knew we were in good hands at Queensmith and we could see this was the place we wanted to pick our forever diamond from. We were also helped by Joanna who was so kind and answered all of our questions!

Really amazing service from Queensmith! Adele was amazing at helping design the perfect ring! Eddi was super helpful when we went and collected it. The finished ring was beautiful and really enjoyed the overall experience! Would recommend and we will be back for our wedding bands!

I looked at three options for buying my girlfriend’s engagement ring in the Hatton Garden area, and Queensmith was by far the best. The fact that the ring is produced on-site, combined with the depth of insight they provide - we were even given a tour of the workshop - made the experience exceptional. At no point did we feel rushed, despite asking plenty of detailed questions.

The service truly stood out: everyone was incredibly polite, but Lexia deserves particular praise. She was consistently kind, knowledgeable, and personable, and her experience at Tiffany’s before joining Queensmith is a real testament to the brand. The communication was also swift and highly professional.
