I must say I had pretty good customer service experience they explained why the late reply. I wanted to cancel my order they resolved it then and there

I would give a zero if I could but I placed an order on March 10, 2024 and it is now April 16, 2024 and still have not received my order as noted on the website for 3-5 days. I have reached out by email numerous times and only to get the response "this is our new product, and we have so many orders of it, the order amount now is highly beyond our budget, se we need to customize it for you, and our warehouse is now trying their best to make it day and night. Please allow more time." Please advise I would not purchase from them.

Ordered on February 22 checked status. As of today March 7 the order still hasn't been fulfilled. Already missed my appt. Order was supposed to get shipped in 3 to 5 days. I've sent emails with no response

I always order their hair. I always get the correct order, order amount, and good quality hair for the Afro kinky bulk hair. I use them to do microloc twists. The hair is soft with a beautiful texture. It is easy to separate and not in matted pieces such as other companies. The shipping away fast and on time.

The kinky bulk hair I received was extremely short and there were super short pieces. Like a little longer than edges short. Potential buyers beware and don’t purchase anything from this company!

Wonderful texture of hair but it sheds a lot while you're braiding. I used 3.5 bags of the hair and I still have wads of excess.

I truly love the quality of the hair. I highly recommend Queen Virgin Remy. It's really trustworthy. I have baught 3 times this year, Satisfied every time

The last oder I had previously got, wrong color wrong length..I never received my refund of $10. And I still did another order it's been 9 dayS.. waiting.. I can say the kinky bulk hair I received previously was very nice.but take so long to get product this time...this will be my last time ordering

just arrived. love it love it love it! queen virgin remy, you should change the picture on the website. because the picture doesn't do the hair justice. it looks so beautiful to the eyes, especially the color.

UPDATE: I bought this wig in May and have only just received a full discount. Be wary of these people. Full on cowboy behaviour.

I would give less stars if I could and would upload images. I came here under Grace Ajilore. I bought a wig and was so excited and could not believe my eyes when it arrived. Horrendous texture. Not even 150% density. It’s see through! The curls are Jerry and not kinky. Nothing what was advertised. I wish I could upload comparison images! Normally I get my wigs from Nadula, but when I saw Grace in that beautiful copper wig, I trusted her and ordered it with her coupon. This wig is worthy of the bin. Nothing else. Not only that, the customer services delay their responses. It’s taken them a month to respond and they have only offered 15 dollars?! Absolute rip of merchants and cowboys! This is how these firms make their money, by scamming us. They know that Black women spend the most money on hair and we just give it to them for false advertising and scams. Go to Nadula, you’ll be so much happier!

Really love the wig I received. It's soft and nice, color is great and service helped me pick one that on sale. They were helding a mid year sale which had great discounts. Great shopping experience.

QUEEN VIRGIN REMY/ QVR IS A SCAM
I went online on SUNDAY mothers day and made an order using Afterpay for hair. this was at 5:00pm I then noticed that QVR had reviews on Google also so I saw that the reviews on their website and the reviews on Google were not matching they were extremely conflicting. I cancelled my order at 5:10pm I received an email at 8:00pm asking why I cancelled i explained my concerns with reviews. There was no response until 11:45pm that same night stating that my order had shipped. I emailed, I called, I messaged NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I emailed called and messaged the next day no response. The phone number does not work. I believe this is not a business but a one person scam operation with a glorified website to lure people . Since I paid through Afterpay QVR took a payment of $41.50 from my credit card and still no communication I had no choice but to shut down my credit card from this dishonest person under the pretense of a business.. UNTILL AND UNLESS I GET MY $41.50 REFUNDED I WILL MAKE IT A BUSINESS OF MY OWN TO SHUT THIS SCAMMISH PERSON DOWN UNDER THE PRETENSE OF A BUSINESS
