Item not received
Apparently they left in on the sidewalk in a busy street near my place, so of course it wasnt there when i got home. That says a lot about this company.

I ordered some shorts for a Halloween costume, but their sizing was way off. I tried to return them for a refund, but they said they could not be returned because I tried them on! Then they said that I actually could return it but only for store credit, but Halloween had already passed. Honestly, they seemed to be motivated by creating angry emails and blaming me for their mistakes. I don’t recommend ordering from this company.

I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction of £34 from my bank account, which I believe is related to your company. I have never placed an order with your organization and am unfamiliar with your services. My bank is currently investigating this matter.

Sizes skew extremely small. a 5XL might fit you if you normally wear a 2XL, thank god i bought a mesh shirt i wouldn't mind fitting way too tightly. Products aren't very high quality either. "queer in the world" except if you're fat i guess

Sizes are way off; their XXL is a M at most.

If I could write zero stars then I would.
Company used Evri who left the items on my doorstep hanging out letterbox completely unsafe for every person passing by to see. Unsurprisingly the items were no longer there several hours later when I returned home.
The company failed to offer me a refund for the items I paid for a did not receive which is a basic under consumer rights. It is their responsibility to take that up with Evri as their chosen delivery partner but the company did not want to assist.

Ordered items costing nearly £100 and have not have them delivered. Jordan the supposed owner of the compact as he told me has stopped replying to any emails

HORRIBLE!!!! Almost $200 for heels that are so cheap!!!! I’m angry!! Looks like they just super glued some fur around a regular heel !!!! RUN AWAYYYYYY HORRIBLE WEBSITE !! Then they shipping sooooo f**king long for it to come and not be what I expected??!

Dropshipping SCAM

Scammy dropship company with very poor product quality.

Item didn't arrive, spent €30 on a mask. Told to find the item myself. Won't return emails since I've asked for refund.

There are a few issues with this transaction that warrant a lower rating, but my item did reach me in the end after two months (the item itself is fine and as promised), and the communication (through PayPal) was fine. Some notes of warning: the tracking system may say something has been delivered when it was not yet delivered, and there may be a fraudulent group piggybacking off purchases that will send a phishing text disguised as a UPS delayed order.

Scammers! I wasn’t aware of so many bad reviews about this online store. They are trying to blame the USPS and me for their mistake and they are not offering any resolution. I asked for my money back multiple times and now they are not returning my emails. Disgraceful! Shame on you, liars and thieves.

Do not order from them. They take your money and say they sent your items then blame it on your local postal company. I ordered 2 shirts for 75$ and nothing ever came. They are a scam.

REFUSE TO REPLACE OR CREDIT FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED. PURCHASED UNDERWEAR THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED. NO WAY TO REACH THEM BY PHONE THEREFORE EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE DONE THRU E-MAIL. BLAMED POST OFFICE FOR MISSING ITEMS. THEY ARE A SCAM USED AGAINST GAY PEOPLE. I SUGGEST YOU BUY NONE OF THEIR CRAP.

Absolute crappy scamming 'company' unknown in the whole online shopping world: they order (after receiving your order and money) in ali express and claim to have shipped goods. When after 3 months nothing arrives, they try to turn it on their buyers to run after merchandise in post office. This is impossible since shipping company is subcontracted by them, not to customer. Where as ANY online shop will refund or send again, this 'company' does nothing

Save your time and look up on Alibaba. This company ships you merchandise directly from Alibaba, and charges you 4 to 5 times.

Shipping is painfully slow.

Alibaba has a reasonable protection for consumers (return policy within a reasonable period), but they wont accept any return for any reason. Every time they make a new excuse!

Like others have noted, they sell cheap, substandard, B-grade, or repaired goods and claim to be a deal store. Customer service non existent. And good luck returning any items.

Lovely customer service. My new hoodie is totally amazing and came in only a few days. Unique designs, easy to deal with and so much PRIDE!
