I placed an order early June for a few t-shirts for Pride. It's now nearly 2 months since my order date and my items are yet to be dispatched (although the full payment was taken back in June). I understand that Pride month is probably a busy time, but I contacted customer services a number of times over the last few weeks (just for an update) and received no response. All my e-mails to customer support have been ignored and I have tried 4/5 times to get in contact. Really disappointed as I'm extremely keen to support queer businesses - but feel very let down and upset.

As several of consumers in this webpage, I had the same problem:
I ordered 2 items, received just one, and all of my contact attempts were ignored. They even went as far as deleting my account on their website.
It is very unfortunate because in the past I had ordered with them and was quite happy with the brand.
That dragged for 3 months.

(Update: after posting here I was directly contacted by the founder of Queerture. It was a very nice gesture with a lengthy and credible explanation. However I regret that it took so long, even though that was also clarified in the email - I won't delete my review here, but I choose to believe that they are indeed taking action towards improving)

I ordered from them on the 9th June and not only have I not received my order, but my numerous attempts to contact them have been ignored. I’ve now had to escalate my dispute with PayPal in the hopes of getting a refund finally. Absolutely do not shop with this company, their customer service is non-existent, and you likely won’t receive what you ordered.

Sent a return to them, no refund or exchange given! Ignoring all my emails!

Ordered a jumper on 27 June 2020.
Received it 10 July 2020, it was the wrong size.
I emailed on 11 July 2020 asking for a new size.
On 13 June 2020 they said if I pay postage back then they will send out a new jumper.
Posted jumper back 23 July 2020 by first class post.
Sent several emails, sent a message on Insta - NO Response at all!
No new size and no refund.
Radio silence.
It is now 15 Aug 2020.
Terrible service.

Over 2 months after ordering an item (and having paid for the order) I've still not received it - I've tried to get in touch with them by email, via their website and via social media and I'm getting absolutely nothing back - no response whatsoever. Money and time wasted - avoid avoid avoid!

Ordered a couple of T-shirt’s! Absolutely love the design and quality.

Just bought a Daddy's boy T for the latest twink to start chasing me. (gussing I've hit the hot dad age bracket).

Arrived in about a week.

Fit him perfectly, he looks amazing but more importantly when we walk together, everyone knows he's mine. lol

I ordered a t-shirt on April 12th and I've heard nothing since! I've chased up twice but have never had a response - I'm guessing this is a fraudulent company which is just perfect for our community! Happy Pride!
(UPDATE: I got a very kind and generous response shortly after posting this review so hopefully everything is now resolved!)

Ordered some badges - those that arrived are was described, yet still to receive all badges ordered although it's been nearly 3 months. Have contacted customer service on multiple occasions but yet to receive a reply 3 weeks later.

Ordered 3 items. Received one. Still haven’t received the other 2, 3 months later..

Fast shipping. Nice shirt.

They accidentally sent me the wrong shirt and as soon as I let them know they shipped me the right one and let me keep them both! Their customer service was super helpful and fast and both my shirts fit perfectly and are so soft. I can't wait to show all my friends my Original Queen shirt lol

I found out about this website through a Facebook advertisement and I am so glad I decided to order one of their sweatshirts. It is very soft and its design is absolutely fabulous. Yes, it is a bit expensive, but I can assure all of you that it is definitely worth every single penny.

I must add that Queerture's customer service is very helpful and friendly. When for some reason I could not track my order, customer service went the extra mile and managed to find my tracking number (even though I was only able to provide very little information). So, in the end, I got my order and became a very happy customer. :D

I would definitely recommend this company!

Im in love with my dom top sweatshirt! I originally bought it in white and then all my friends wanted one so I ended up buying it in black too 😍

I constantly get compliments on my t shirts and sweaters I get from this site. I absolutely love the softness of the sweaters too.
