Would give less if I could. Ordered 2 bags of fish food one came, wrong pellet, then told it was mislabelled and still waiting for the other bag. Won’t answer phone or emails. Avoid at all cost!!!

I bought 2 QK Filters from Queni koi, all pipework, food everything but try to contact them by email or phone is a waste of time. I have tried on numerous occasions , the answer phone message is full. I have asked to obtain some blanking plugs replacements for the QK filters, sent an e mail.......nothing. Happy to engage on big purchases but in the last 3 years it has got from bad to worse.
There are far more responsive companies thankfully out there that value customer service?

Queni koi kindly donated 15 fish FOR FREE for our grow and show at essex koi keepers club as we had a disaster with another koi dealer.

This is an amazing gesture and we cannot thank them enough! ❤️

Queni koi is a wonderful koi dealer and Adam the owner is a very generous, kind person. We had an issue with our grow and show fish at our club this year as a number of the members lost quite a few, Adam very kindly donated replacement fish for everyone entered into the competition even though he had not supplied the original batch. This was a very kind and thoughtful gesture and we really appreciate it.

Bought a expensive koi to get it delivered and 3/4 scales missing and only got refunded £25 . What a joke . Always still to your main dealer and this one wasn’t helpful

excellent service and quality products. some of the most amazing quality koi i have seen in the uk. i love visiting the store i could spend hours just watching the koi ponds. the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful definitely recommend.

I have placed two orders with Queni Koi both for their Lotus Root Bacteria House filter media which in my opinion is one of, if not the best media on the market at the moment.

Both orders arrived next day via UK Mail no issue at all.

Only slight niggle with the site really is that they don't have a huge range of products but I guess that's how they keep the service so good, so its swings and round abouts.
