We found QuestPair to be a company definitely worth collaborating with. They search their database for products that fit your needs and think along. They are open for feedback and their customer service is rapid and very helpful. So far we have only ordered a few individual items, but in the future we will consider QuestPair for batch orders as well.

Pivot Incubator at Pivot Park, a go to location for early-stage biopharmaceutical startups with turnkey facilities, needed laboratory equipment. Here is where QuestPair comes in. Questpair was able to quickly locate lab equipment at various international suppliers which they bundle at their platform. This made the whole equipment purchasing process far less labor intensive for us. Even more as we did not have to take care of several negotiations with suppliers. QuestPair was able to overperform by providing better equipment if the requested item was not available. A better alternative was supplied without additional costs, so that the set deadline could be met. All in all, we are very happy with the delivered equipment which will provide an excellent basis for the companies that will shortly start at Pivot Park Incubator.
