I really like the fact that you can see a DR when you are sick and not have to get dressed and go into their office. It is very easy and convenient to use this app

So far as I seen this is the best doctor for medical concerns.

I was a long term Quick MD client for recovery medicine. I'm fortunate to have long term sobriety and it is supported by MAD. I typically wait 5-15 minutes past my appointment time for my phone call which is understandable. This morning my dog got out and I missed my phone call by 2 minutes. There is no way to call back; I immediately contacted customer service who advised I would not only not receive a refund but I would have to pay full price for a new appointment. I'm fortunate that I've been sober long enough that it isn't an issue. Just an inconvenience. But I'm also well aware of how vulnerable people new to recovery are. Any company that is willing to take money from those in recovery but unable to provide them with customer service and understanding doesn't deserve my business. WorkIt takes insurance and provides the same service / I start with them next month.

If you are having pharmacy issues fill out the online form and the quick MD staff will reply within 24hours.....forget what people in the reviews say-they fixed my pharmacy issue very quickly ive been with quick MD for close to a year know-all the doctors are highly skilled professionals with your best in terest in heart.....thank you quick md-J.M.Permenter

This one saved my life! All I can say is if you need something reliable trustworthy, then this one is for you! It helped me to connect with doctor without any hassle. I am using it for long time and every time I use I get the best service as always!

It seems like a great product. What I enjoy the most is that it was easy to use and I can see a doctor from inside of my home.

I kinda despise going to see a doctor, or to the emergency room/urgent care. Mainly due to anxiety issues. Quick MD makes it really easy for me to be able to receive medical attention, whereas otherwise I would not be getting if I had to go in person. I really do recommend to the ones who are unable to receive in person treatment due to whatever reasons.

Easy enough to get in but seems no pharmacy will fill an out of state Rx. The only thing they recommend is going to a mail order place that doesn’t take insurance. Wish they would have told me this upfront!

I’ve been using QuickMD for over a year and at first I really liked it. It was very simple to get my medication. But then this month I made my appointment & the doctor sent my script to the pharmacy as usual. Then I get a call from the pharmacy saying that my insurance is not in network with this doctor so they will not fill the prescription. So that’s when the fun started, Because you cannot get in touch with anybody. I call and there is no customer service representatives. They tell you to email and they do not help at all. I’ve been going back-and-forth with a robot for two days now and they have not resolved my issue. I told them I want them to have a different doctor send in my script or refund me $100 so I can make another appointment with a doctor that is in network and they refuse to do so. So as long as everything‘s going as can, the app is good, but the second you need help — good luck

App is great! It definitely eases a lot of hassle of going to an emergency room in person. It allows you to connect to a doctor quickly and even schedule an appointment in advance. They also offer a money back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your service. I would recommend to anyone who prefers telehealth over in person.

The QuickMD app is so convenient. You can easily connect with a doctor by phone, video, or chat. I love being able to skip the waiting room, and saving time and money. Also, I think its great that if they can't help you, then your visit is free.

It was a great experience using quick.md for finding the medical care I needed without leaving my house when I was sick last week. Additional advantage of it being very user friendly. I give it a five star!

This is probably one of the best inventions for teledoc appointments and similar appointments. Each teledoc is connected to a specific doctor or health network but this has no affiliation is unbiased, takes insurance but also has a plan for those without insurance. It’s great for when you’re on vacation and not familiar with the area, and also lets you avoid the ER/urgent care waiting room.

I love that I am able to see the doctor now without leaving my home when I don't feel well. The doctor and nurses are all wonderful and compassionate.

Quick.md is an easy-to-use app and service. The doctor was very understanding and compassionate, insurance was easy to work with on the app and the interface was easy to operate. I recommend this app to anyone wanting to visit the doctor online.

Due to having a recent car accident, I became unable to visit my regular Suboxone clinic to receive my medication 3 times per week, as required by the clinic. I
googled "telehealth suboxone", where I found and then visited the QuickMD website to see if they could help me. I was SO RELIEVED to see that opioid treatment is actually one of their main services offered. After easily setting up an account, I was scheduled for an appointment first thing the following morning. The doctor I spoke with was so warm and caring; and most importantly knowledgeable about medication assisted addiction treatment. I was granted a prescription that day, sent straight to my regular pharmacy. Although QuickMD does not take insurance at this time to cover the cost of the consultation, I only have to see them once a month (instead of 3x per week at my prior clinic), making the consult fee of less then $100 very doable, and since the prescription went to my regular pharmacy, my medication was completely covered aside from a $2.50 copay. Overall, I am super impressed so far woth their services and wish I would have looked them up sooner! What a time saver not having to go to my clinic 3x a week! Highly recommend you give them a try!

This is a great way to get access to healthcare faster. It is also a great way for people with no transportation to get to a doctor to still be able to see one.
